买大学区的condo，希望大家给个建议

最近agent给我看了一个一室一厅的Condo，是大学区的，靠近大学区的SAFEWAY，价格在20万，比较旧，但是高层，混凝土结构的，大家觉得这个价格合理吗？

but firstly you need hire a new agent and judge what  the CEO said about  condo.

再讲讲价。
. U  p$ F; l7 n3 o/ Z大家都在等着降价，但估计大学区的房子不会降多少，且20万的房子价格波动不会很大，再算上租房子的钱，还可以的。
: e  w. ~' A  t! ?0 f7 T/ g8 n) H5年后经济应该复苏有些时间了，好卖。
