daycare 给了我一周的notice

告诉我们看我们的孩子很累，让我们另找地方。如果我们自愿走，要至少提前一个月告诉他们，可是他们不要我们，只给一个星期的时间，还是长周末，也就是4天的时间，让我们找daycare, 这合理吗？有没有地方可以投诉？
另外，有姐妹在西面住可以dayhome吗？谢谢！

I received 1 week notice from YMCA 2 years ago for my daughter, they said, my daughter need one teacher taking care of her full time, but their rate is 1:3, that means the other kids get less time to be taken care. because 1 week's notice too short, I couldn't find proper dayhome at that time, have to quit my job. I file complain form to YMCA, but was told they have right to do. For us have to give 1 month notice.

谢谢你的回复，看来一切都没变。我也是没办法了，让老婆重蹈覆辙了。老婆公司半个月前刚lay 走一个，这回咱还不如人家呢。

daycare应该没有权利这样作吧。如果投诉应该去政府投诉，应该去childcare service。如果他认为你的孩子需要special need,可以申请这类的daycare。
