The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"  ]6 \% K+ K+ H* B( G. q

4 x  i3 K7 |6 o9 J) f3 |0 M  {; qIn the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.# ]7 L6 U1 \0 z" ~& I5 K: Q! p

P& xStill now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

' l2 f: z4 C& c2 GTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.

! V: U- H/ A* d7 TLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
, J6 h( Y7 D9 p' V& H0 g% x
# t2 h: K. {) g+ w' r6 ATODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
/ \6 W* T2 T2 z$ r, ~. o5 w% j3 E1 }% S' e% R7 N6 @" X  ^" b1 ^/ _
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!
! ?$ f2 H( `% J9 O% z% z9 B3 s# J$ P: `4 ^4 d
at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO3 c& e) U0 l  |8 R3 ]

/ M% y$ f9 J# a1 u( rBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。6 f3 _+ f. z! ]" b( N
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。, Q# x( j- j) g8 q' T8 J7 }
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
1 A* _% e. F# z0 N% n5 |剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!: t: ^7 z- O+ f4 J
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!* O$ Y1 T4 _  F; [
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
7 T; T- R  ^! g後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
( X8 [. n" _+ P& Q5 b4 l有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
% }: b+ a1 N& r9 I7 n7 j$ o$ `+ QDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
+ @! n$ |/ d' u/ o  H
. `1 W' s& ]& P- t1 U+ \最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!/ V2 W: b9 h: Y
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
6 U4 i  ]; U& p) ?( X1 N再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
" e7 y9 B" R" o5 v! C2 `6 H7 M$ A& G0 I, ?1 ?* Z6 K  e: c
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情* k: T$ ~9 [& d4 z) n
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare& s" h9 @2 |( J5 Z
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
2 {3 C9 u5 b6 j' \2 q  {對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!) o6 K. e) H6 E! t/ k* c! L, v. H
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!' g! N; @: F% f
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
! h- G, N. A7 W/ x/ ]所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! : e' `+ |/ k3 t: }4 R0 ]( h
3 T" k7 M4 H7 F  z. Z
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
) w; M8 [! R5 Z2 j1 _Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

% y3 x+ a& e$ O4 U" L; S. I不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
