The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......% R, h" o5 P  F; G

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.% `( K: _" r7 u% o9 P6 }
: ?) M( D1 g/ G( v' d
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

ISSUE THREE:UPS

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
+ w8 o5 I: M+ u3 h$ q5 E" X
% o3 S/ R/ @4 _% [1 `/ FLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......& ]+ Z; h1 w4 m7 Z+ q. t

- R: m$ \7 R( {& W) eTODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!7 X  P3 q8 J! L* W( [

$ f6 O$ U8 {% wat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO! L% K( `; l* d# [' G' g, o

( q! k8 s* G) Z/ n) \6 Z- xBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
3 h$ C% V1 P* g4 A! G8 i所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。) z4 c' ?* o2 K# \+ O; w
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)- V. |7 S2 t: v9 E
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
* N! z9 p+ N: P1 o. m也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!4 g6 G1 Y4 q( @+ ]/ q; b2 W' o
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
. c6 I( E) p& ]1 @後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator4 ~& l7 `. |4 N- A$ ]
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
! D( A1 n8 `- f$ H3 W  [Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
& S& R- h  ~% I" [2 x7 c
) `5 y$ p4 D+ y5 x& Z# O, e最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!9 X2 ^4 u" R8 R1 L0 r
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。) \7 J+ H+ T( c  b& X; F
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?. r9 r' i  I( u/ X% g, k7 |
" v1 S- r; h# q9 U& L1 v4 y
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
2 s* |  b% X0 v+ z( K就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
/ N: M; [! Y+ r8 D這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
$ B% V5 W+ _3 ~* }0 o& j7 O9 B' d. M對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!5 w' I! e! ?" H2 \9 N& F# e
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!4 ?, y+ p  p6 k' m: j
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
1 F! T, R1 D' z, r0 R所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

6 |3 ?: _8 H; [% \, y但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.8 _5 ~. |" q" |! L  Y8 Z
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
