The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"
& J0 g, I# R" h! d; \9 v) V7 B

X- ~$ E5 ~% S9 aIn the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................: _  P) _* @  }9 {0 Y9 ?3 ]

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......

' M8 s7 E! E' ~0 H4 SIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.( r/ ?1 S( r, m8 ^. o3 L+ h

9 i( ~: x; A( K8 R2 \# pStill now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.) B; q6 R3 J. ]0 v

) j% _7 u. |, H0 w9 ]3 }, BBE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS: O) ]2 F2 {( o; A

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
% _& F1 W- L) ]/ V, Y$ O% r
1 B' b) M7 h3 y3 C0 t& QLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......0 f7 Z2 c3 L$ d) `9 a0 M7 \
; t- k  V8 a: r) e
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
! c8 ~' |7 ?2 e# L% _( h
- V, g: g1 @) L5 D5 x- }at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!
% Y# A- ?- V' h8 p8 l" v$ R3 e+ T. k4 Z7 p3 r% T, Q. [
at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO
3 D' b- L& W, q
7 V( y' s+ b" ]& T5 J. kBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!( U) ~8 }6 ?3 i& w7 ^/ ]

I really learn so much NEW today...................

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
; m$ K9 Q2 n0 e) j0 o所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。) }- s& g+ z0 @4 a7 s; m  u
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
" C  B6 i9 s. T  U2 x剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
  u5 {1 C6 n5 v9 `也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
3 E) g' d3 F' H3 J( A再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
  \0 f1 x: u) `+ a後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator) l& l8 X4 P: O) ?# y* e, G
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
5 e5 K. b& {( k6 c" v7 _1 R& UDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。. k7 w" C+ G$ m6 m2 B* l

. b/ {6 U$ b: m6 U; G最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!, |9 X, d% m% l. F
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。2 J, g4 `0 o9 N4 }+ B8 E6 J6 u5 A& O
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?/ e) g8 G* D$ e
+ K$ }( O. U, D
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
  e% Y& c, }- Q就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
, h" ]& _) B1 f這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!+ Y; s- V3 n7 K
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!9 S4 ^( t8 w# j
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
5 s% r( R" J+ e; G日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。8 p* e/ S" a4 g4 N0 X; W* Q( N
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! " e- N9 [# Q5 v
* Y4 @* X/ R3 A3 e
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.+ M6 B- S& e9 e3 T, S
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

1 m* V1 u& `- [3 p) ?1 B- A不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
