The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"
$ l' w3 _- Z) @' q$ ?: z9 V- `3 e7 y% ^8 a7 i  w
In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................* l! G) d9 X6 z/ j; I2 e  d- x

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......7 T( @: E0 j. a6 i' G5 m+ X
7 B' i% o- @. m% F
It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.- n8 J+ Q8 q5 \

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS
' q, @9 q3 s% M4 b( Q! M0 f
/ k! J. u) c$ K3 X# _) e- ^TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
4 s% F! H5 _% o7 l! W5 \' N, P, x# E4 S
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......5 x) }9 c1 {& ^8 @
5 d7 L7 h3 {/ s% I) |
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
+ r7 x+ F9 n, ^( ^2 k% U! [( Y2 l3 t* d0 J. W" a
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying./ M6 e$ c9 h& F2 }4 {

( N2 u1 j, E, P9 c9 V8 V( eBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!! x6 w' k7 C1 A* n- s

I really learn so much NEW today...................
+ U# a$ v0 D1 g' N5 Y
% z4 \  W" ]* ]9 K2 }- iHOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
2 w3 F9 Z/ y6 _6 T7 v8 P9 n所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
3 \+ T2 _( T0 q; g因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
$ h. n, q2 b4 t剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!$ s1 _6 g, l) \& u. i
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!" k# E  j2 x7 i. N! z  B3 J/ E
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator, c( S2 z7 |  e
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
. R+ [* d. X" s7 f9 ]/ Y% V: K有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
4 b& v+ }# O( W; g) @! SDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
& r5 {, C2 x- I
( i$ U' `! l; I5 L% A. z最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!$ @- C5 p9 m+ j$ b/ O( Z
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。' F( G6 r5 s% P; S4 O; ?
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
3 i% R& l( `! d2 n! [0 U4 \% |* ^4 a$ y7 E7 T- T
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情4 l& R) r( Y" f' i, f5 h, z1 g/ a
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
% ]  w% y' b! G+ s$ f這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
) A. H0 _' [7 d! e6 ?對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
$ \  [6 u  `# \7 ]不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!* X) S  `$ i( k% T3 v
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。6 e7 _5 L  ^/ j+ H5 p4 n7 W
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.% j6 x5 B1 z1 c
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

( Y; x: n/ V, F! K# v) C- N不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
