The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

W# X/ u" w5 iIn the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

% _" F, Y& Q/ G. `* W* pIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.6 ~$ D+ F6 z5 @( I4 g& n1 N3 n
/ F9 d8 Q+ m0 b6 _
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.  j# H- o: H# @7 b3 w! ^% I. n

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.  C) T3 G, o4 L1 y( k' ^
1 _  U! G$ @8 k. r& U9 r$ q
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......

- k  @* W3 q& u6 q9 dTODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!7 R# J; {% p- R$ i8 x

at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying., v% a" {9 C% O3 j4 @3 E8 E1 p8 \

ISSUE FOUR:BMO+ m1 f* m( K% U. a0 i# e
/ q5 U/ f/ n4 k$ A7 W
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
& D9 l* C  k/ Y" i4 ~: C所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。! A" x4 z! I1 T
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
7 X. Y8 a2 j3 c0 [$ t! j7 e% v剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!, l+ e3 F, z9 W% J
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
* J. M$ Z# e3 F1 l再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator7 y5 Y: d: h% W& q; [. |
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator. e6 B; t; M  y1 z, c
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況( q0 O  Y2 v1 S/ h+ ]
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
. F' v8 ~0 c0 w' w1 K# {) h1 P$ l8 S) u- a" K% f! q
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
% Y# v0 j$ Y  A  u2 z4 Y: U' q, o! _(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
9 a+ y: W' j$ B- i再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
% o( {5 M7 W7 D7 R1 v# J& ]* h+ q& O3 y3 s5 N8 |
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
/ Y8 S; g! u# O! Q/ ~3 U9 |7 Z就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare/ y. N% H- F- l7 E0 [  u' u
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
- \$ b: w. w7 t3 b7 k對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!$ z9 y  q' m: D1 d8 n' j
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
1 X8 t5 t8 c1 e- {' o$ [日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。/ E3 r6 @) V6 G& f
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.9 U  T/ W6 e- _' S5 s
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
