The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"; W: Y% i" }/ D
" q' q8 M$ t% m2 g; w. u
In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......

1 [2 q2 m. m9 c5 j3 MIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.$ q5 H- z2 k' q( s

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
) k& K5 r3 _3 F5 `
, `2 Z9 B* E) H' z! FLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......, t: j* z5 I. c) j) j
0 j6 \. F( l, X! {3 j' ?
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:9 i- Z/ ~1 }5 _! U
) x3 x! T$ \0 d- h, A
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

3 F# b& ]7 j* f% m8 G7 Kat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.5 p3 t. Q( J3 O! s9 N: F& b, x: U

/ b$ V; z- y' V" d6 y6 {8 j- bBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
7 s  g* g. Y8 K" Y! w所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
+ {9 Q8 X; l' h$ Q$ \, D- H: @+ h因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)! l/ x4 }3 V3 ^: n4 \4 k
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!! n  r/ W# V& P3 \' e2 s
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
% V/ l. `) w  B% R& N再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator# R9 n. k$ k, X9 U
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
* |$ x. n! h4 B' d# V" G9 d有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況; Z* _  u- f8 m- Z7 z
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
! A% I8 K$ Y' [9 K6 d1 r2 f
1 i- A" Y' G+ ]8 z0 F/ N4 H最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!0 n9 a: s( T" k9 Q7 r3 t# c4 h
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
" T  V  a0 Y" D( k再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?, o2 b' ?( P9 m: \" {" Q

* o7 Z4 }! K3 `. b( E# t- f在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
7 K) {- x7 a/ q/ g1 Z' x3 o就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare5 D$ S0 ]6 p- Z* b; Z! h/ G1 C. ]
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!& I) p0 [/ `9 {
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!# g- }3 C! G4 b4 |; Q* ^
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
5 `  f9 x  a* Q% ~2 }日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
2 r# u& X, K/ Z: u  B, e6 g+ v, i所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! ' N+ ^  ?6 x3 ^; ^1 J) m
- @8 J' `- M0 ~! G# i
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
4 V2 G+ e7 Q" ~5 bLast year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

& x* O& b5 W$ \) L$ x3 N8 [不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
