ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

; v; q2 K! y% _1 ?+ X; {% uIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

) ^4 F' z' Z& y7 U/ Y6 o3 ?TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.

Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......

+ w/ H7 \# F7 i0 m0 h; ?8 V2 `TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

8 U5 R+ G+ P& b, mBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

我從Florida搬來的時候，也是用UPS。
所有UPS的良好時間規定，在這邊都不管用。
* _+ R0 }; G+ o# Q因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯！)
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況，等行李，結果等了幾天，也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS，結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray，還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案！
* s  e- U! e( U5 u$ {  p/ J也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次！
再等一週，結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時，根本也不知道什麼purolator
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司，才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
& B! S. C/ T! ^# H' `( O& a有一天上班的時候，剛好看到purolator的卡車，就在那邊等driver問狀況
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的，所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西，我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。

最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈，裡面的東西也是！
% [7 J' r) e7 j: t4 e! b8 s2 z/ S/ Z(箱子是跟UPS買的喔！) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人？

在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
& z. ~% I: F$ F9 H/ s這件事情，應該大家都有經驗吧！
7 ?& @. w! O4 S" b$ }對我來說，這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了！
不過，話說回來，之後寄東西或是收東西，我就也習慣東西會晚到，所以也就是等！
日子總是要過的嘛！天天哭也是過日子，天天笑也是在過日子。
  J8 Z# M& ~. U& H$ Z- N所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了！

在网上购物后，隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了，因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
; M' A6 H, o: gLast year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后，purolator的delivery还可以，没有耽误。
