The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"
! E5 E8 l( c! u, Z  E) g4 Q& ?, I+ A$ p
In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................# G: g+ }% U# v; y9 \9 ?

( Y! C. ^6 X% V1 ?/ p2 UOK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................& y( F9 T+ ^, m

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......
! S: K8 b3 G- A1 h! |) ~1 ?! u7 f: L( |$ R5 U8 s! G2 j9 [6 L
It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.
0 S6 ^8 L, V% a& R2 i4 t1 U) p2 A. Y* W6 i' m+ U
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS
9 X! C+ {0 `8 v8 H" p4 u0 o* u1 K7 r# z/ q
TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
  ^' w; Q0 g- L$ T0 n5 j3 L
2 [, p7 x& T; v  N6 O5 a7 XLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
( l4 \8 B3 o+ \' j- l5 F! I5 y6 Q9 Q$ U, N' r5 n% I+ p/ C9 x
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:, I7 N! ~: E8 C# S; L9 M$ m: o- C$ A

, Z0 M6 Y* T* x$ f: [at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!' |6 `; @6 k! ^" m  m

4 I. \  o% c; [at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying./ C/ w* r# z6 k/ x  |! U

/ V9 h2 f! O8 Q4 p" bISSUE FOUR:BMO
$ I6 @4 J$ H5 D% A  C& o' r
* V% ~# ?7 f- nBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!  S5 S# a6 O+ f+ j: Q

! ^. Z& v1 \/ J$ z- d5 j  u2 Y; CHOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。/ v  H: A' b( v# j
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
* K  i7 T" }/ N& G1 z因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
7 d; K1 D& Z5 V" \6 `: z剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
: Y/ I& L$ L9 q" V) s- H4 a也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
; s% H6 w2 Y, e# u! P8 {& z9 E再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
! c+ V5 Z0 P" y. S. ?- v1 W後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator1 L3 y9 u: I; S* E- @1 ]$ p6 P
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
: z7 ?6 q4 I) C; lDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。. C* ~1 r( b7 R' H" L# Q: l, `9 Z* {

# @+ W$ j5 T& t7 ~+ M4 j最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!3 E; {; n8 c7 r
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。( Z6 y* x# L! }4 \  l
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
. a' o; _' w0 r  g' S$ G+ ^9 g+ y( @$ {8 I* Z
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
1 \/ c* w0 ~* l" i就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
& E) ^+ T' ^- o( N& M) W這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!. X& U( C2 [9 w8 ^
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
6 ~3 g; B  [% j7 c+ C; O不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
, S0 @0 @  S, A9 Q2 ^. Z日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
1 ~2 i4 E* o: V9 E! m, w' o所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!
. b$ R3 p) v$ s6 Z3 T4 H" N, ^& Q9 w  Y" R5 o$ ], R
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.' c( f! t+ U: F* c. _  c! a/ L
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

( f5 ^5 x7 [, B7 _不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
