The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

; }" j- r( t0 s  O  lIn the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......
2 n% V# V7 ~- M; ^- t8 b3 \# m( m' I3 U8 `6 o
It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.
& P  ^! I9 H8 m7 z( s8 _- X" M* r

P, f) y3 |; w; ]Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

( C4 [& [3 r, I7 @# u3 |BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

' D5 z! s' [8 c- bTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.

/ P) A: ]# a6 z- }3 lLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......7 C0 e2 f7 s; X2 k$ O: H7 K

& n5 N! f! |# vTODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
1 `* T' @  |* d# J9 E& N+ v; T0 O. K" ?' [8 S5 o; \& Q
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

  ^9 z  @* D3 ?7 _# tat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

# h  d( a5 U1 q0 [, V5 pISSUE FOUR:BMO

$ T* R! n% {- N0 _" ~  k$ B' JBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................
! B% W3 w4 V8 j) V& ^+ f# ^6 j; x, z
HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。8 E. |* x3 h+ \$ p
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。8 l8 J8 w4 e( ~( X4 B; x8 L
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
8 u( D9 P9 {9 R7 ?剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!6 h* R2 Z& O' M! t2 b
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!0 _2 b% q- t! r
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
/ T# p: C9 P8 U0 ~: E後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
! H3 q" X+ h- D3 H有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
1 O5 O4 R8 h, I. N& F3 m$ N  Q4 K1 tDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。4 M0 P7 g  V9 G  L8 N4 `
1 c. ^# Z# K) l
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
. b4 o; Y5 E8 O$ P8 @(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。( n& {' E6 P9 }/ H' q
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?" {+ F8 k+ j- I5 u

) r" d- c8 _( `6 Q* c/ M4 V. h在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
" ^6 S0 H6 k: n' g8 [5 i. g! D' K就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare% ~2 f" x, M7 t4 @
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
/ Z! u5 m  _6 K& K+ M% |對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!: Z4 G2 b; e, r# K) O
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!+ Y8 K3 I7 p6 D& f
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
/ D/ l5 M/ T8 d" e7 A所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! 0 ?2 X: Y/ Z# @3 i  d/ O
* ^# s5 Q" y& j3 J3 p" D: B
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.& u: o% d- |" s" m* Z5 l
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
