The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

8 j/ o/ z* c8 C( M* l9 i3 A6 |7 tIn the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......

# ?* q! n. K! _# j3 w3 qIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.) G  s$ ~/ D; N

$ S" l1 f6 h$ ~6 \3 `! o6 `Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.0 `1 n+ H3 ]& p. Y

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS

+ S& `6 N" f2 E7 [9 ^/ j6 x4 zTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
, x+ D( n- S2 X$ T2 j0 [7 U8 s! [9 _" ?2 Q! `8 O
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......

  _- z% p* i& F( u: nTODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

5 h  J4 D5 q  J% `at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

& H1 d7 _2 V( t, Lat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO
; \9 n& Z/ I$ k. @
* C! k0 x$ `& J+ u& M; EBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。% z/ y- L( B6 D+ N
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。( n" u' u( G! w2 ?2 w1 R
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
1 n, k' n+ v; o% m剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!# Z+ @5 }- P' s1 L( ~1 n
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!( v. F( M0 }% D5 u: s
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator2 F) n/ k2 u& G
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator( O( r/ i- k: Q6 I
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況3 z! B9 ]8 a$ x# S8 B# }: m
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
9 c  |2 `+ e5 c& B& M  W$ Z6 ~0 X$ Y5 c- `
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
" j" @. `5 ^" H9 a9 Y" I(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
+ F& s! Z1 [# @) i6 h再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?' I& |6 Y- N4 r) a- f9 A, P5 k3 r% ^
+ H7 l- E' ?% T2 ^: i) S
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
2 K' M1 ^0 S' P& S就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare* F4 v; `4 z% ^7 O2 C- W
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!: L8 t1 U8 Q# s$ a3 |
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
& ^* b/ O6 _" e: J% G& ~$ }$ y1 N不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!; K+ W, R4 ?5 N' J8 R9 I7 F# r* t
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
0 U/ w& k; Q, [: P9 J, t所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.) U2 ^" J  h9 M8 S) t! E8 r2 b3 [
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

* N* m& |& `  v. _5 E不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
