The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"% f4 W1 c8 H1 O% Z

5 d2 I3 y9 @2 K% H# `In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................- h2 \$ \/ `. j5 v) G

+ C, X: h9 ]  t/ w5 s( c  JIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.7 F1 ^; |  {( j3 v4 z$ E

. v" B6 K+ e: lStill now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

) l: a0 [7 ]" Z2 jBE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS8 Y" p6 ~/ h8 q  F; S1 }

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.

Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......

TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:- y# i0 j$ D7 _9 J

8 x6 R% ^/ Y; T# @$ W2 jat 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!* E! D7 F- p) D

* C7 |$ ~% _( F) j0 o% [! Aat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO  V2 {. z! s4 P2 v6 V4 r8 h
7 `5 J1 a/ y6 }3 [/ l- u3 ?
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
8 e/ ]0 ~+ h# _) }3 z! v* B& w所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。+ M, d: u% ]7 ^6 l6 k; ]
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
. j! d4 ]9 S: J6 a; [: M5 q剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
+ @* e3 z* o8 e! c也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!% j6 Q/ V- `6 U4 E. @
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
+ V8 U* l+ r3 T  N2 M# A" @5 w3 c後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator" e8 V8 Q6 s! f0 n
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
! ~4 q5 {( B3 X! G/ pDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
$ l6 U: O% A7 X
$ [* i/ _0 L2 I0 g最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!3 Q6 {4 e1 Q0 I. q" q, v
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
; Z) t" ]3 @5 c! m再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
0 [3 E* K( M1 `, D  P+ \, c3 U; t; A
8 [  a( A& g4 T9 W在那時候我瞭解到一件事情0 Q2 O7 w0 S" p- Z1 M: G. T
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare5 v" y% ]4 s- _$ j
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!% l3 `  G) Q7 y' d
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
: R: k4 J# q7 |4 q. P不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
$ q+ }6 D! s2 R. j日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。7 Q1 H  K& F0 H; P# O9 B
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! # G& S( J  X' c7 G1 M+ I8 [

" C1 s" G+ [$ l6 O5 i但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.8 p, v# x: O. c* ]. J
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
