The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

5 y% l8 S/ g8 F3 G  o- V& |TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
1 L( a: ~+ J0 E, [2 i6 ^1 L$ u/ p5 ]. N, f, [/ E3 p
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
& [: H& z! o/ \+ ?& w6 J* Q6 z/ `% d& A/ w; Q! D" y  O7 q
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
: o: l! e9 {1 s1 X3 L7 Q  ]- S! D3 ]) I
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!) S1 G7 N) `. H5 g+ G' n# s

+ {+ p0 U* Q5 A) |: }2 vat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.1 D9 \) x0 s8 f( T! m; ^

ISSUE FOUR:BMO0 ]* n" Y$ U( p7 d+ j
2 t' c# O" o, w& |; W
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。- j: z- L% M6 w8 ?* ]" [) v0 J2 Y
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
/ [! n5 p2 {3 P& s0 C8 m+ L8 o2 `2 J9 @因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
. @+ v" ]6 T) m3 W: `剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!; v0 h( w& U5 ~& R) v# d. c
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!) m8 F( e! g  Q  c! ^7 A; s8 D3 I
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator' G) e& u" W% O* }6 \" S  `7 S
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator, }' B, W% X2 u  }* r/ Q) Q
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
( F& |% F' b0 y$ t! h0 XDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。0 P! Y" t  X$ d6 G2 J8 f$ g, a+ `

/ b+ T$ J& S  r# u6 v) X; r最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
9 f# K; Y1 p7 \(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
3 j1 l  _1 R, a3 ^& e再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?2 f$ J' @6 K6 y5 ]9 T0 N  ~

7 t1 [  L7 W3 v4 r在那時候我瞭解到一件事情3 ~7 L- N( }; f& T0 k
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
0 k4 ]4 B+ e( Y  {0 j; q$ O$ W這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
( d0 [7 j. w* Z對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
# e' ~6 Q7 t3 g, ~, M4 Y* A不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!% q( t2 L, `+ L) _" n- C
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。) j# C0 m" ^6 q- C% s5 d" s( K+ F
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! & ~* i( \" j8 r/ l
( [" y9 o* z$ ?9 g& g+ L
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.1 i5 I/ R, U4 s, |# f' j
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
