The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"+ e! {. V0 W7 w+ R

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......7 M6 e9 j' {: s0 w- m

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE., r% l0 Y# @2 |7 d, f* I% H( M1 z( c
5 R& J; Y( M9 n" N2 q
BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS

8 K/ S4 g! N3 r0 _" U' [TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
- q4 e8 _8 p1 y$ P2 j! K- v) m+ n# [
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
% p; T9 r8 R8 `1 e4 C1 y
5 s1 O, T) m# qTODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
$ S9 v7 o3 h0 R3 r" e& @- m; n# l4 h# P2 u
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!6 l% ~/ [' @7 H  I4 ]

  S1 u4 r1 E! Y* Oat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

$ {, m) q# U7 J. c% D8 h; L3 bBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................  P% z5 w! o8 G! o3 A

& ]4 h9 C' e* O/ g8 y& mHOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。* S* f; {0 o9 J2 u- f# v: t
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。. h1 w% _- G& l$ B" i4 l
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
3 O/ u) _) y* S4 H剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
1 U6 L3 t# y. v也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
* E# h' n7 v1 p, K1 t% b- U/ B再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
- q- K0 k  J- V, D  ]8 O後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator6 q$ V- S# |7 ~' _2 E: U
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
( d' [4 O0 b4 x) H' |Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
% Z3 \( _2 P; @! V
$ G6 a7 q+ H3 q& s最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
9 S0 l' }( k/ l- C4 I+ }2 D(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。# |' G7 d; P  P7 {4 P3 A% a
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
' W: Y0 V7 X2 `* q9 k$ q  ?! o) q( U% n( ~$ G
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
- ^, W* ~& i+ P' P) S6 B就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
3 z' Q# @8 `2 m+ S) X& @. T3 _這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
) G# u, N& \) {6 n5 c對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!6 u+ z. L- ]0 y8 Y6 x, j/ [
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!' A' G0 \6 k0 k& J) C; K" p: q
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。2 a; w6 S. b! f/ {; D( {
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! : Z9 i( J' W0 v; ~2 O" B7 V
% H! U3 b# t# T. f( c( @# u/ F
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.) R; P% K  m5 v+ H, B0 J
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing! J. ~: D( K5 M( L
: `4 a& w6 P+ i& z7 x" b
不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
