The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

, y. z+ ~0 L2 ]/ D1 H. {It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.9 L/ ^+ O( b1 b0 D/ Z; D# s
: P* ?8 M  L9 d1 g% B
BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.7 ]; v$ B. c$ @# _9 z

& X# L: ]+ l( O2 O  xTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.

% ?/ S9 Y) o1 r8 ^" x! b& sLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
/ i% d  d9 ^4 {7 z3 y# S9 f( I/ P- y. _  P7 ~
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!. A: Z$ g3 e/ F) F

M6 i  `% K2 x. r) B6 N7 A" r* Bat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.8 t# r/ R3 C, E: y

ISSUE FOUR:BMO
6 x5 R! R7 `/ |. k6 {: K+ p  [; L2 R1 _" z
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!5 Y3 r9 ?+ L2 d5 Z
& ~' |9 T/ _  c; \0 z- }% C0 s6 E. s
I really learn so much NEW today...................

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。0 ?" I* w/ {: }% f( o0 n# g1 I7 x
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
9 I5 y& s+ ^* y* z因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
$ a$ I5 G' |4 ?9 P' U' ]& v剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
3 U$ T+ h/ N0 J6 t& s6 B& u: U也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!" F4 o$ N9 K8 _. B. c4 S* [' q/ c
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator& R2 B  y: V: Q5 i  m0 c6 }
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
- `0 D. U9 F/ ^- F. t9 P0 ]有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
$ `) k1 q1 u! H" l" N% dDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
- U5 n# q% E' G6 n! r  e, W9 }' B
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
: M4 L2 M2 b' j+ m! Z4 e; c1 _(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。* @' l  b% z* \2 x
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
% ]  o4 O8 f0 K, d; E0 J8 u" q2 J
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情  q4 X: G2 [) y* D: f+ l1 H
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare: N7 u" j: [/ f
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!  F  i" ?( r% _- o
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
+ C2 h( p5 g* C' o  t不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
* }: e1 [4 C) r1 N日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。9 ^( W4 R9 B7 ~7 P
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
% w6 F; m$ B) hLast year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

+ E: y, Z& s# x" @不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
