The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"
& J$ a& V8 e$ ]+ }& g+ Y6 s& q6 Z" `4 [4 D  x
In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................+ y. J/ ~5 U$ @

& \9 R2 `4 K$ _4 ]* [OK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......
  Q# A" J% N2 M! d" r; S/ f, }7 _1 `& o( i- y$ i; @
It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.. e; f1 a* e1 V3 {+ T
. I. j/ Y( x  Y, E9 V; K
BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS

# z5 |' H: V5 u% m- BTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
! H- T; x2 `+ `* F/ Q& @" f+ A2 B* V
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......+ a9 Z. w; k" `

' d2 K# f0 {) }. |! Z0 D! [TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

6 W  d5 ^$ V0 l/ }8 s( B. [* ]" pat 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!% Y, k8 |) @8 @4 C1 F- M

6 p( ~3 D, u4 `6 o% n% \& M8 mat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.
* {  w+ z* W3 N" x* {, ]9 @% F' J5 F0 h1 _" H( S! B) u6 l( U2 n5 R( o
ISSUE FOUR:BMO
5 D) \7 Z( g! J9 H/ w: z& b. q
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!( b, ]1 b7 P3 }

& O4 m0 r5 S5 ^I really learn so much NEW today...................1 F. q" k$ w: Z2 g% I: o6 u

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
, |3 _4 ]* y. F* h所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
1 f# e. C0 K. k; B; z- i0 S9 ~因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)! D9 W6 k/ ^) C+ {$ n( D4 d
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!" ~  i5 [0 w, _4 }
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!. }5 k. Q9 h: H
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
+ J4 K, T4 G% t; g1 ?  [後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
3 e" @) m+ i: r9 b+ J有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
: x: y3 q1 l! i8 t4 GDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。" J+ }8 Z5 [! F
; {+ l  X9 E1 ?  [7 E2 f
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
. q" ^2 w' w1 D, ^1 E3 |(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
: p7 o' s4 I1 K  f, K% c5 H再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?9 w0 l* B9 i- u! N5 ^4 g/ X8 p
. v3 J7 @! j( t% P7 j. F
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
+ }" l8 n7 ^$ t! z" M$ {) L就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
# U! Q. t( b! I; Z, ^/ U/ x這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!  s$ I  z7 x. T' W. W
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
* I' c/ g8 t* U! X7 p不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
  T7 R5 ]) i( g2 v( d! U日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
  x+ b* U4 t1 l: W所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
& l1 N) c+ K! x! t: k& Q. ~Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

3 O* [2 |, ?" }2 Q3 E不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
