The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.
! E% g9 E; N4 A! z4 A) P- P: ^) I  s, q, T- H
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.: x. |/ o3 `: d2 n) w- a' R- h

ISSUE THREE:UPS
$ u0 I; \8 S& U  q: U0 p, S4 ]# B* M/ n: o1 R
TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
6 L7 H8 F4 S+ i) I) H  d! Q. z, X! j6 y$ T# h
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
( ]8 s7 V3 B- m3 O9 Y, N* t6 Y/ K
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

5 t& O8 q  ]9 u4 ?at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!7 e7 c! D  q7 m8 {. M

at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.. h1 W  w8 K9 r( ^+ h' _4 b' I4 X

! }- s6 H' g9 B& n  A9 u8 LISSUE FOUR:BMO
$ R! S9 D* _, y6 y# `) r5 N8 `* l! M0 e- S6 ~( C, L5 ]
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

7 y0 {& p5 M' k0 u& }1 \# JHOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。- f1 |! J/ ^) F) u
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
- ~! E' m0 x) W因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)+ h3 {, e+ D6 V* {& S" {0 U1 k
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
4 H+ I$ W$ y5 ~# o6 Y也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
3 S& R& ?# |# T3 v4 J再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator$ B7 d. P% O7 m3 r
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
4 `+ W4 W# k* g" E, w) A% S3 W有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況0 e9 m( t5 F3 e# t
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。# w: _8 o9 W# G1 g
; c  `; k3 a; P7 z* a% J
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!0 q3 Q8 K$ N& O( T& N
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
! M9 R8 Q" H5 _0 d5 _) ?+ F! z再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?, W; c4 @2 |- L4 A3 V

9 S8 K4 ^4 `  d* d) c, v2 T$ B在那時候我瞭解到一件事情: F* p; v; ^( a9 V
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare* N$ u0 n$ S) }: |  v! y" |) ]
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!. ^3 q5 |3 H/ K2 y" i% H; q
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!; |! |0 u: v- z, @# ^
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
* m& C8 s. C% k3 }- R- r- c, ?日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
7 {0 @2 C# S- ^* a. `7 k所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

, J8 o% J1 j) J6 w1 t% z但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.( _$ w) P$ O& v% J5 W
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
