The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................2 t. S: e- d. X' k% S; a

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......
! j% H8 Z$ k6 D* r2 e( [1 j
' m8 A; g3 ]5 KIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.9 N% J8 m' P1 Z

5 f6 K0 r+ A, J$ z# `Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.9 L' P6 \3 ]% r$ L1 G, R& n( s( m

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS

; P! S" @2 n4 Q9 w# c- ~TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.% D1 J( t: e* o$ C; p5 ~
$ v# ?# _+ Y0 M5 j% [, B
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......3 x/ [3 S' u+ x9 ?; R% j' Y& u
: U5 D0 d% F6 m+ m. C& o- {0 \
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
' c7 d) N+ L% t' |6 ?% l) I- j: K% _* m
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO/ T6 C, a* w+ a+ B) r
  Z( @' G0 ~1 a% k* v6 U5 B
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!! z# B$ w, O1 H& j3 H% S

7 w: U  @7 o- CI really learn so much NEW today...................

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
9 n: |! M1 }( S) Q0 r3 A8 O所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
$ R% n" y. t# }6 C* @, l因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
. I4 {) n; X* U$ k# D剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!/ P' {& e- d, R  u* X6 Q+ f  |
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
; y4 v  i! p2 [  @再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator) t  b% l" Z! D. E; v8 n: p( e
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
6 R( M! X  t4 u; U3 l有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況0 O7 o) M1 [3 g- {/ R
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
, g/ V! F0 n1 s( Q3 v0 d& x3 {
# Z$ ]& u2 R* Y# |$ ^' R& R最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
$ T7 `, f( M; U/ t, C# u(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。$ N$ e' a* H2 }9 R# I
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
' T# u5 W0 E" C" V" T
4 `/ M6 e; b' {. B8 L9 f在那時候我瞭解到一件事情  G; j/ \  C) f/ n% u% @* V
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
2 u# A5 X. t5 h這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
; p1 e* o& w6 q! Q/ q% n對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
& l+ Q) F  T8 L: C1 m不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
$ `, u5 T- e" B: S8 S日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
2 Y6 G- V+ Z1 n  z4 Z7 e所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! " }" b* Y4 U) x3 J1 F3 o: I7 J- d

% [6 C9 k' L" F  l4 j但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
3 h' H. p$ L$ u7 r2 ULast year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

& I' G, @: T) }9 U不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
