The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

% f; i; Z% n4 ]4 l! LIn the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.! T6 K' s1 ?: E* i# v

7 z: Q" v) I6 Z& J+ u3 i5 {! \- L# eStill now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.6 L% W9 O1 \# f! q2 U

ISSUE THREE:UPS+ ?, `# }: I2 n, h7 E

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.

+ L, D* G' I0 u, {Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
" g9 v& E" O, m5 X) w4 t' h. H# s$ @* J" U
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:9 k1 K% j& P) S( ]

* L* w* [% i! ?3 E, N# Bat 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!: p* b% J" H8 O6 O7 j
$ r8 C6 |# q( O6 n. |( r. A
at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO

7 e* y7 {2 N: ~8 z, L! @+ r5 NBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
0 Y3 o3 U# ]  V: D: Y9 Z所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。' E  ^" ~2 f1 b- Q7 B' M' X  e7 o
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)5 l8 O1 ]( X! r8 Z) q! q3 j0 `3 O, C
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
% B" l* d0 q, @9 s3 F: I  e也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!+ k" c+ k  ^" H& O$ v& p. t
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
5 @" }1 ^1 c: Q7 ^/ P1 h後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
1 d/ C0 m7 [) m( a有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
& h! F, {( e& W  dDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
( a2 G3 c9 G+ R  E( F: ^, W/ q( o- G; K( j4 d& n
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!  O4 ]# u2 m2 W: U! U
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
8 m# n/ s0 G' ?6 o& q! R再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?) f+ P2 {4 u' U% i) h+ ]# b& k
) @; ]! u* D' q7 r( g9 _
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情8 }) x* z: u+ e1 a) d0 l
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
6 y- h9 D5 [0 f2 v3 O( ?這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!+ K& f1 {: E1 x9 H, A
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
' l  T8 S; f1 X) ~& c- `8 b) E) g不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
. F9 c/ y0 m( C' S( z% O/ y* Y! l  r日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
( \  f4 ?9 K5 E. f3 J所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! 1 l4 U1 n, A  t' M( m8 d

但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.4 w" }* f9 t4 `$ p  U2 s3 _
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
