The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................* S6 h, }  u5 H6 [

OK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................6 d$ c" s3 v3 h, ^: J8 A3 J6 D

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE., e7 j, ~# U9 `4 }
& W+ Z4 Z5 }* v- _3 [$ c7 @
BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS; [/ ~: V6 J% V. M) e5 X8 L' K

5 X( j  v# S( X+ U/ m! |- oTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.( a5 s" b9 c' e6 ?5 _! k; I4 L

Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......# m: v! I7 W& D% [" [5 S
7 t2 F+ t& S! B! d! v' e+ W% ]0 q
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:* X) W% l/ a" Q, @+ S3 J

$ b" [' D" t' }% s+ ]at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!4 o6 h* t% C# f' {9 |

9 \: F# h% n5 `3 E( jat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO
/ W& ]& z+ ?) c/ F8 O2 V: G6 L( m* n
$ w! H; Q$ f; R' LBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................% w( |  L* p9 Y5 B4 V

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
% N$ M! E" P# h4 C0 I) O所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
8 j7 K$ `6 x& w9 }  [1 T: r  Z, [因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!). u! J$ T/ d1 s3 l9 ]9 j
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!7 P: Q+ L* d. v
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!, A: {5 a% _5 Y- G# `* P. F& T
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
9 u4 W) z3 g8 Q; y* p" U後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator( E, ?6 L& P- c4 ~/ |
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況( t* c9 q- L7 s' R
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
) p' G( [  ~/ W9 A. o  p& O. Y# t' v$ w' d' H* ?3 \6 X8 f
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
, x& R/ K6 A. h: I0 [# c(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
5 i+ b( C0 e2 @再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?3 V1 F" i2 P( f- X
+ Q0 d( b! s0 [( q7 p
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情! \1 z  V9 x. p& d. u  k
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare* p- I! j3 J3 s- x5 V
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
  V1 Q) P5 i- n$ E$ C對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!" c( i! f- {  c+ @. e6 r/ P
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!  p5 N+ s. Q( Z5 T4 Z
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。. B! j) J: w; }8 A3 |8 N% A* A
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

5 d1 a8 J+ l2 j/ z- a但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.  @  `. J0 a& {4 `/ Z
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
