The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................& m, z' V: q$ U+ L2 |- k

OK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................

" K) R8 w+ P3 }) sISSUE TWO:FIDO.......: o- N8 x' \3 u3 ?

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.
# c- @1 o. D6 K7 o1 Y- c8 u: p' X8 m2 w2 g, G& ]
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

ISSUE THREE:UPS/ P/ O8 [6 d) h8 [

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.  i# M0 M9 w6 S# s7 Q

/ n* N; i$ u3 c( Q& T; }/ eLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......3 R& [; L# s. k7 b- ]4 m5 W5 C; s

& ?& s' u  k* ?TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
5 \0 q/ `7 Y! I: E+ M  \/ u7 k* q6 j, {8 p( W4 D
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

7 J* w) \8 w9 ^& Lat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!% V2 V5 }, d* L' r% }, h- h
) m7 r- K: H# V# P
I really learn so much NEW today...................

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。. C4 j7 r) u. j& M# r
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。2 I& {! `% O4 }  Q0 e
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
7 v3 _/ q7 e) o- {3 t剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!; G; u, A9 M+ }' R
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
' e2 B$ W6 O" }+ g9 k再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator' S# I! i: Q; l
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator7 a4 I) G/ z. W. G: M
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況, t" ^. X0 J5 H/ A/ |; q
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
# }# A+ e  E; m( U: [7 Z, g; c
6 o; Z( [0 E2 ~: g最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
$ }) g) _' a, C0 S- q(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
0 W1 E1 y- L; e+ _再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
* n! `9 W4 u& m4 x+ [1 N0 _; k2 a! q9 u0 |& ^  E! l; T! n
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
. R$ t1 `- b- a. b. N就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare5 v- S/ t" c0 R; S! B6 A0 p
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!/ j9 Z  Y$ ~& B, t$ ]
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
' j; H% ^) Y- [不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!$ z- x# f( |+ N' D1 I
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
  _' P# e7 L6 b: P所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! 8 f: g9 c# \) r6 I: P9 \. A( s; z0 w

5 @6 S- @2 C3 h7 l6 a; `! v% A, N但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
3 @$ c, z+ ^4 N, qLast year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
