The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"
1 A9 }9 d- [/ ?9 b4 n8 J; }% L9 [& x, f! h, Y# z( J3 \9 p2 A0 b  x& k
In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................* V# [- h  o3 I7 m; p4 l

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

/ D1 J  ^7 _) K. GBE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.: q4 M! s4 G5 ]

ISSUE THREE:UPS

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.1 H0 J& n: U5 g  Z. ], y
$ F# n- g* w8 l7 `* O' b; }! ]1 B
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......

2 D1 W6 \! m$ Z" D2 S% \& ]! h/ NTODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
+ j9 G9 \2 l: d! _( p$ @7 ]3 f+ i5 i$ F4 I9 \9 b' e% h# v* b
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!% W+ k) u; O% ?3 R. A  X; X' l

at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.. Y* H6 a/ k, B4 A

ISSUE FOUR:BMO
, q( r5 U2 b& p$ M2 o) W; b4 z. M7 P+ Y1 r
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................$ I- C& l6 A0 w; o2 h

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
# a/ j/ Y, G* u6 l% ]所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
  J3 s/ [! @7 G3 v1 p3 G  T因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)5 |6 N2 H+ Y$ Z% V* e. F# M
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!$ Q" \1 d5 w* g' `" E6 n
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
/ i: J, D% b5 F0 K再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator( ~: V" k. g4 j2 c, H) I* o' @+ H. t
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator" b- j& M5 t, ?: o( V/ g
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
6 T0 h. V' _% M, pDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
, G- l4 c+ z4 u3 X5 ?: `# X1 j; N$ T" m4 }. w8 [
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!- ?( O/ ^  R2 `8 O. z
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。# t* X- b; t7 Y
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?  k" W9 X) Z2 s4 e6 G- P; C
6 l& I- J$ A. T$ m; ^2 S
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情& i' k; k0 L- H! I. r4 A& E
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
) ?2 u# a$ V: n8 Z這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!3 \9 {9 E" b" X" c7 b
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!, Y' ~* K1 F( r! E% |
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!- R" r0 Z1 E3 A1 W; P
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
- N# n( f; i# D7 D6 {- ~- j# }2 Q所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! - [" @$ c. y7 l3 i" [: B" v
, c: }2 D2 u# \0 k- G, s& @+ C
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
* }2 M5 Y9 K% ?Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing3 Z. p8 {4 b# k! a' }

. i: c- i' ^; m0 M7 B不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
