ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

; N+ Z8 R( E) ]: Z7 F# b5 yIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.2 o% o1 c u! ^, d* g5 ?
" \( C" v+ Z: ?% Q; qStill now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.' X- N" r" G3 x" w
2 c8 r3 Y3 H* n; eLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......

TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:; z/ a( S" C/ D3 U2 O! G

at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!9 n. j5 `- h0 j; p( ?
7 \1 b$ s+ F8 d# Eat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.& m3 M9 }( V8 L1 w

BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement balance is more than my credit limit on Feb.18th.I REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!# H7 a7 ^1 m) _' I" D
