It is what comfree tells you. In fact, lawyer does not do realtor's job - What if the seller does not hand over the key on the possession day? What if on the possession day, the buyer realizes that pipe was leaking the whole night before moving in? The lawyer is not responsible for it but the realtor will be. If it happens, the only option for the buyer is to file a civil claim. I work for a law office and my lawyer does not recommend me to buy a house from comfree. What I mean is risk exists but it might not happen to everybody. Due to such risks, the seller may lose potential buyers if selling at comfree.
