请教关于车辆追尾索赔的问题

请各位高手对我正面临的索赔进行处理指导。

* v$ c# W; `) i$ ~! p0 X3月7日在雪后天晴、温度回升的下午5点10分左右，我在105ST向北准备转上23AVE的路口，发生了轻微的追尾事故。因该路段属于下坡路段、因温度升高而路面湿滑，我在速度低于3Km/hr 的状态滑向前车，发生了碰撞。当时前车有两人在车上，他们停好车后，很快下车察看了现场，经检查前车后门打开正常，保险杠没事；我的车也正常无事。按他们要求，我提供了我的保险凭证信息及联系方法给对方。同时，我用手机将当时两车的状态进行了拍照，且记录下对方驾驶员的姓名和联系电话。从当时前车两人的状态，可判断出对方人员没有伤害，且对方驾驶员也声称应该不会有什么事，索要保险信息只是履行手续而已。

今早，接到保险公司索赔电话，称乘客对颈部伤害要求进行索赔。

好像没啥子办法， 是你的责任， 人家说受伤了， 我们明明知道他们可能是想讹你一下， 你也没办法啊。

赔偿得基于医疗鉴定结果吧。不能他说伤就伤啦。

忘了加一句，被你追尾的车子的后保险杠也许要换了。谁也不能保证出过事故的保险杠还能保持原有的功能。尽管外表看不出损害，你的保险公司可不敢承担日后出事的责任。

If they hire an ambulance chaser to make a claim which is way more than reasonable, your insurance company will employ their lawyers to fight back. Don't be afraid if the other party open his mouth wide like a lion.

他说受伤回去医生那里看病，这就是为什么在加拿大当医生不容易，医生必须公正。撞车以后，人感觉没事，仍然可以在三个月之内感觉不好到医生那里检查，都是有效的。重要一点，安全驾驶，也不好没有根据说人家。
