Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator

3 e( R: \: Y  |- Organize focus group(s)
4 I! J+ X' }  p* s- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
. e) q* Q+ c: l; k! M4 ?. n- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
# C1 R& Q9 g- B) Q3 A' ?6 n- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

% V+ ^* M* r1 _( RQualifications:

- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
$ F% E& A; S" b- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
/ n& Y0 P" A% p! n" J- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
# @, G' R- V% w* T7 e- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
