, C$ Q+ h0 ^& Y8 GIs looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
6 T$ b, H$ V( R- q% sSchedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

0 V% j) s* G# i$ ySkill/Education/Experience required:
: _# T- A4 R) [$ G1 l( o- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
0 L% x* g! g# n: F. Z- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
  H6 J7 h0 z, Q" M/ P) @8 ?% ]- Paying attention to details;
3 G- c" @  P/ K- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
* ?5 n' Y* D' C$ P0 w- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

/ r$ }* [3 [3 j" [5 vJob Duties:
- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
" H! S9 q( L0 n& |- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
