- Recruit children for summer programs: u3 G1 G) {# V- Q. e. u& C
- Recruit volunteers for summer programs9 B l4 X$ O" t9 A3 e
- Record keeping
' R8 M- Z M! ?) h. p* |- Provide orientation for parents
: D8 t; R/ G# S$ _7 ?- Prepare final end of summer report for funding agency. q$ r. i) U6 F
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Senior Program Manager

! ~1 U: P5 R" N! o( \- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
3 z J) u# {/ I, O- Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children: {' B3 u7 F% g9 _5 g
- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills$ ~; \4 U7 m: ]5 L
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
1 s4 P% `) x3 S- t- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese9 g/ K7 H- G/ c3 R6 W4 F
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
- ?# N! I: h1 J3 u0 ?/ ?) a; o" `- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision3 G; k0 s( U4 L* v
- Returning student (should return to school after summer), P+ J0 u& [3 o8 w! m; I* q( Y9 g* D
- Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense0 F" U, X5 p) X

8 l- V" o7 D; G H) g+ y- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June(planning)
( Q/ M6 c, E; S6 ^9 X3 e8 z3 r and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
