Responsibilities:
-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
* \' ?7 ]2 u2 i-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
' s) A1 V! E1 r2 ^-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
0 o, `, p" J( h. y-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

Qualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
9 ]0 Q2 i' g% ~-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
; ^! ]5 v, z  V( Y, O-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
! P* k% R3 t* m/ u5 z-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
( X% q0 `; |' w-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
3 F. k6 F, r2 m* P: e& o-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
4 ~* w, }4 d" W# Q$ c0 r        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
6 n8 o" p  v$ O$ ^, A* U-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
* X7 H% {  h1 B( D-        $14.00 per hour
