Responsibilities:
-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
3 _3 W* J- F$ @* F- L( f9 K        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
; _3 t# Q% h6 n-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
7 Z9 k7 N/ e( d-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

Qualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
% o7 x( |( h6 j# L! [-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
! y+ ~( l$ u* W$ X6 f2 u$ V-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
7 T8 }0 [7 x$ _4 v0 D  t-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

# e& m3 h* X/ h4 dOther Information:
-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
+ o7 S- x+ `0 b' `* p5 f/ c        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
+ |: V, p# e* |7 T6 \-        $14.00 per hour
