-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
. j1 k6 P5 e. f) y+ U1 q' \5 g        implementation of the Summer Camps
$ o) Q7 ]) g7 v; S1 H# f-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
7 t7 ]7 ~  s0 S. J8 g% \-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

% M: x2 t+ T" t1 cQualifications:
1 x  [: B3 q5 H* ~) p-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
  A1 a" T- t9 T-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
+ o9 y- \, b% _! L" c. c, X3 ?9 Q-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
' I. u* Q; y% r5 @-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
, u' ?( `8 x4 R4 l# |4 k-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
. a8 ]; N* X" w: _# ^-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
9 Q: Q4 r5 Z  C1 K- O# R* p+ i-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
* q! j" D4 ]) F8 K( X-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
4 b0 q9 {- M# }( H0 J. K' N; R-        $14.00 per hour
