Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
# V8 ]5 H0 v9 J0 S3 z- \6 b! n/ m- Organize focus group(s)
5 J0 h7 L, ?1 T% B5 x- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
: C* C; g6 Z& f9 s- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
% `0 ]( p9 b  Y4 B- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
; b7 B1 x, h* N# t: W- Prepare final report for funding agency

2 N5 n  G2 H5 f- C  [Qualifications:

- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
& J1 E, \' U* b/ z* F* Z! n/ i& i- good computer skills
! ?' j# {+ B" [- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
