Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
, @) x- B. @! NResponsibilities:
- Organize focus group(s)
' S2 J  E( z8 d  T% b4 D' M. j- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
! N. X7 P3 w0 n; V( w+ v* k# f7 D- Prepare final report for funding agency

# k5 C1 G" `) b) ?Qualifications:

( f; y- ?' o' j; v1 C' K+ i- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- c; K2 O2 w% }0 T4 V- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
: u) b/ W& \# E0 q- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
* l! I8 B7 [1 m/ c- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
1 l! ?* \" z6 u/ C2 S  D6 S* u3 q- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
