Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton
Date        May 14, 2005 (Saturday)
Time        9:30am – 11:30am
: v6 J" {$ m2 n/ \6 \% k: ~/ A0 VPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
* U% c" R% g& T/ U5 ~6 fFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

Remarks:
6 x8 R  p# Y( u6 O" _1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

0 y% u! u, B0 r3 t4 {2 v* D( f7 TWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
