Housing Program Worker

) d  h, i( i/ ~, ]; q4 uKey Responsibilities:
, `7 \$ S3 Z. Q4 [' i7 K$ t To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
9 I; d  u, {# [0 x; v5 c To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
+ M3 _* D* |) M7 g; S2 m3 m6 F To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
& ]* h7 J  g* t, A 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
9 m8 n6 S. g) C. ~ Current CPR and First Aid certifications
: A. _# c3 e% b: M4 L6 _ Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
