The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.- i# r' P! M, g2 z6 y

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.1 }; n: M, _2 G6 y! |- _: E7 _

8 ^) m$ G' M+ k* H; E• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
. M& Y1 v+ q; O5 D9 P( ^; x8 Z• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
" w' _. y- X: D, t$ h• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities V- Q$ J% n; w' d
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services9 E3 E8 G2 q7 {
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

Program Delivery
4 O3 C( E/ p& R% X k E& V• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
2 g, u$ X z% F) t- X. ?' A• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
! k% D7 R5 @+ Z/ _3 U; y5 M9 M8 p3 g• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required L1 k; y6 s" |+ @4 I
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
, t' J9 x0 @0 V3 H1 x A& e• Review service action plans and support programs as requested

• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director0 h- H% \" r+ G0 Z" G; A
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review* @, k1 G9 l% I8 T, W# Y
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

* B7 d3 ]; ~; S* S' r4 ?Qualifications:
9 N5 V* [7 ^4 c2 u% M# k
' [/ \; u5 p' F• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
* C4 P$ G) b2 T+ |* M6 ]• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
: I/ s2 X7 T, G( s$ P) |• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
7 s6 b; Q3 M1 Q! s% z F/ H% ^• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations

• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office0 R/ U0 j: C# E
