There are some controvercial issues about this, the bottom line is: Dose bilingual have any impact to current canadian education system. Personally, I do not think 1+1 is better than 1, because of inter-effectiveness. The most obvious is the this bilingual school will become less Canadian as most of the students will be not Canadian rooted people. That school will be dominated by a minority people, how do you think that if the best canadian teachers will like to work here. + }# Z8 E% t/ F7 V+ Q+ Y+ C/ w7 r. B. |! @* y8 w7 F+ \5 x
