有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
% Z3 h$ `0 G t6 m g j1 ?3 {0 tRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
0 \* L: {2 [3 g+ W3 a9 x3 L，e..g. The weather is sunny today.* m3 S( @; m5 S! h

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
6 g. ?' ?! h# V: W5 tAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time9 w) o- j- _8 K4 f) E b3 u
( m% Y7 p% u! f+ {2 m) C& c注意 Note：
. u* B \4 G( J' j3 v! ?8 N5 p7 _另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
4 r3 d$ M7 h% u |( t! BOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

$ g. b. l( ^0 v, ~( R上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
* ]/ y q$ x b* u( NAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!9 R, l8 }4 S+ O
7 R/ f$ U4 O3 |; m2 A4 s0 a8 p心臟科醫師說，' `* O6 Y6 E$ |6 R+ h! v9 m
