有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，

3 l4 H9 D: m7 S& r) d1 q中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

% s, @$ ?! O% x$ O/ O就可以辨識中風：
) k/ b5 N' f0 [+ hIt is possible to diagnose a stroke.

9 q. p. o  }- P( xS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
. g+ {' D) _+ ~/ q+ `8 {Ask the patient to smile
   
! v# X! a/ V' z% i0 VT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
+ p7 ]  K$ R' D$ ~( r/ D- @9 M; GRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
8 x- @4 |& q" }* O1 a，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
$ m7 x; m( j$ E, l4 VR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
& q* P0 `1 \7 J; pAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
+ F2 }5 v# E7 L, E3 h注意 Note：
6 s* j9 l3 N. z5 C! L8 E& b另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
5 n; ^2 U, e4 U. |1 P! ]* fOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
3 V, o1 O3 [$ Y+ c, H5 Z, J   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
4 X. W; ~; C! ?4 \, ~# r, H3 J) yAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
