有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
, u' \( H2 \5 S8 h" T不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

7 c5 F& p' l" n7 X2 S: n. O身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
' h! K3 k' t& _* l$ }) A9 X   
# ]- G! N2 M* J7 a8 U中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
4 y! a: H% ]3 Y醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

% `7 K7 i/ `$ N) z/ X' c就可以辨識中風：

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
Ask the patient to smile
   
1 V! W- G2 G+ T/ o* F) A( ^T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
# }, s  h/ W% \" f3 g. LRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
2 M+ A& H  D: mR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
0 t# W0 E! i6 k$ Y! O   
注意 Note：
. r  u- j' k% J9 ^0 t, N另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
8 S! U/ I, K* W/ x4 x+ M; yOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
% ^/ k! Q: r; j$ Q! b0 F8 J   
( `8 `  x" v) H- f上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
  I1 ]7 J6 I# ]1 IAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
   
) U& T+ W3 r" ^* N3 O, d% q心臟科醫師說，
A cardiac surgeon says :

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
