R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
& J' _+ X+ p2 U; N0 |- ^' uAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time

注意 Note：1 y. A( ~ R4 u8 F+ c% t$ J1 a) f
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
2 ~$ ?% ~# W5 N, I$ cOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.: i2 @3 Q4 l H. C

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。% a0 \% a3 L: N! K3 R& c3 D
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!3 J/ Z5 S+ H, Q! h
