2 X R( H; w) d5 n# X( S1 LT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。6 \, T0 s3 q0 d1 Q9 n6 w% B9 B
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
4 h. N$ y) U! v. l% c! Z，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
3 w+ {; \8 N1 S) `: r3 X, [ 9 f! ^# Q3 n6 N" v& G b: B
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手3 R4 Y) h5 |, |" ]
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

- _' d, X9 E& q+ o9 j/ K3 S注意 Note：( }4 E; H" N7 M8 y4 `
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
! m. |* H( \5 @3 o( AOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.% i! O+ H ]* v
0 X8 o g* q# O" P
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。- e1 ~9 V/ K; [& a) \$ R- K2 d% P
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
