While she was still shivering, not standing firm,

If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

Ask the patient to smile

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
0 _5 y! K4 Y3 E! ORequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
% ]* Y n+ Y* X7 K5 Q，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
# G, [* v$ X5 O# L# o) \3 ~3 b8 K
g1 Y: i( e! p6 JR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手8 W' ]3 Z; c h# M% b3 B
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

' C9 ?/ X, j9 o, {) G/ }5 P* o注意 Note：5 t; E6 O7 [6 I0 s8 L
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆. u8 @& K6 Y2 s5 a2 t; i2 t
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke./ n P% l b, j. y% y7 F- S

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
5 O6 `" j6 N0 W! {; VAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!& t5 z' }1 b+ l
3 x5 k2 i+ C/ F/ g心臟科醫師說，( G L5 u% L, ~3 L: l9 ]$ Z& y5 _
A cardiac surgeon says :
