有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

Ask the patient to smile

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
/ h7 J( R+ C4 b: e0 [. x9 R8 ~Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
+ t7 m7 ?$ r; [& @，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
  W: v4 W) i" DR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
4 y  A) b$ @8 E9 bAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
7 ]$ Z, j, j# p1 O4 W注意 Note：
8 b/ E3 x6 C' }& V8 B- _另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
' M/ |1 y( D7 E- W上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
* K9 p1 P4 M( i* J: [Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
   
" `7 H/ ]( t/ o2 n- Y: x心臟科醫師說，

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
