A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

Ask the patient to smile

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
6 T- `" @* y K# t5 A: e3 g% uRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
4 J8 ~+ r4 N) Z# |- l5 h，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

% P3 U; x' T. O' WR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手0 F# G9 T0 Q# V1 E
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time/ x: e# l. X) C7 J9 B4 j5 x5 z
7 f( g* J* ~( t8 D- d注意 Note：
7 z4 W4 B( ~3 i* l: G4 _另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆. G$ b! ?9 W& T$ @) a2 t2 v
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.' s/ K1 b! g" s8 @: a3 x- _% b
3 M! J8 g9 P4 @" L! O上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
0 h& g" S {7 [" Y0 o; R- DAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
- t. D$ h. f1 j) V. V6 K 2 @7 h" H# G, ?3 {/ \% I( ~$ _ S
心臟科醫師說，
