有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。

，e..g. The weather is sunny today.) u6 @6 x$ n4 `
& J' l# l: k+ k2 s: IR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手( B" `" L! ~0 _# @! G" x
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

, Q E3 k) z. d% Z( F! o: Y, u! s另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
/ M/ y# A) ], D0 D2 K( |One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
