有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

; ?4 I* x5 s  a* l/ \- ]3 DYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
  {$ o% |  I9 L1 n; }7 ~身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
  Y2 ]* t7 o+ I8 H' J; i1 FIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
9 Z$ d  E/ O2 d  }- s: k中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
, j7 X; g9 g- l1 Y6 U( @The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
( N5 _2 ^( J# p$ E6 l" ]" Q. M* G4 p. ^5 PA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
   
就可以辨識中風：

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
# g: e8 u0 I9 M- O0 r! Z9 SAsk the patient to smile
; L  n! p3 n* L; r   
1 c$ i& H4 F0 U% Q/ C4 TT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
/ G" i) `+ Y" C5 W2 ]' \Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
. O6 `, a0 L$ ?R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
7 R1 D! t$ X, N, N" e9 b/ SAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
注意 Note：
) a& k& K5 f) v  `- B另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
% z3 Y$ ?& V8 x, T9 v; xOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

2 j* P' P' j# V' }前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
