有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

People around suggested her go to the  hospital,

But she reassured that nothing's wrong with herself, except having fallen down due stepping on a piece of brick in a pair of new shoes.

While she was still shivering, not standing firm,

Friends helped her clean up her body, and got a plate of food for her,

So afterwards, she happily enjoyed the rest of time with the company.

Later on, her husband called to tell these friends,
   
她被送到醫院，傍晚六點，就過世了，

原因是她在烤肉聚餐的時候中風。
Which cause was a stroke to her during the BBQ party.

Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

* j! s  c, r  ?) U, ^' t2 }0 Y9 qIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

7 ?; e% h; W: [) F中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
' y$ ^7 P# O& O) sThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
& w) J& j6 A# N( M( B: h醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
9 Q# m) I7 t7 C' N" D# [A doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

It is possible to diagnose a stroke.

; i! Q4 o/ y1 P, V0 ]& s4 p/ cS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
6 r7 X3 N+ R- X0 _: P/ ^# w3 V; EAsk the patient to smile
   
; t; L6 i6 z( S/ E( ?9 aT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
1 S+ S" m2 p+ K6 d6 K1 uRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
  n$ j& o1 z+ s+ c* ]，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
0 y$ Q3 N. S0 ~: c: `) [注意 Note：
' Y  g) W% M+ j( m; S7 Y% J另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
8 y) C  G  p  W, VOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
  @3 h9 d6 ~% V( h6 k7 s   
8 z4 K8 j! V  R$ ?( R0 j: u$ M上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
, B( U1 q+ I. f/ |- x" H& R! `Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
