T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。5 _3 V6 K8 g7 Y4 u- c
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
0 M" k% p' e; C l9 v$ o# B，e..g. The weather is sunny today.' y7 Y; [" c2 h& j1 A# ]
4 K5 v/ w+ h: |8 _% J% ZR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手: R# v& i$ H! w7 ]. ^" Y
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time! \0 F& o& T1 N" L
8 b, K+ Y# c, F, N+ s注意 Note：
' M+ j8 s- l( T/ N% q0 M) P7 p另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆; e3 A( }, r2 r: }* u: x8 n6 D
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.+ T& i m+ E' Z; r6 O
* r+ V+ R9 z0 K+ _4 h8 e, L上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
- z* u; @- Y2 G& w; Z# I, p9 ^2 v9 fAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!3 d5 T: m, n; y! U& s8 o
