T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
+ R b7 R3 R/ r- JRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

( t6 A6 h( e% M6 j - y+ ?, K% u, [7 ]; Q
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
7 F5 h O4 P, b" ^; _; C2 nAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
$ p0 K+ A) v4 Z; ^0 U' q7 _
3 a. j6 Y' w2 u: k% c注意 Note：9 ?7 }1 u* ~/ _9 w
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆' n6 `3 Q8 C+ b) v
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.! u. ^& c* _2 b
2 `) }$ J1 b/ y6 A! l# s上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
7 {- k5 k1 t, o9 R+ {Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
