T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。

Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time5 ?( x3 U$ C$ \

注意 Note：2 K+ r$ a& H5 P6 L5 A
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆( a& S7 Q: i3 @
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.% b& d W- B) a

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。, S7 |- X! ?0 m3 Y
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!5 Z" H! S8 k* j) c5 u
