Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)2 W5 Y; P+ T1 \; ^& a/ K7 q4 k
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

* w1 R: v- [1 G& M& c. {R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
3 g7 q$ b( h) O. P& M' XAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time# U0 J- ~6 j! I% D
/ T6 i6 y# O# ^注意 Note：
, I0 Y+ h3 R/ m6 l, R" e* |另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
; p, w4 T: U. v9 zOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.% l- ?& C; x1 T( j3 d
) f# q$ x/ ]% a" [0 P上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。. G6 Z( I, u% z7 X. f
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
