If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

7 R/ a4 n, q* X ^* bT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。6 H9 b! m' D, A9 }$ Y& B
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
6 P4 ^, _- ?: g" S，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
; ~- L, q. x4 Y( K+ \
O. n; C- f& J fR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手9 H9 C) B! a% |. \& |; r+ N0 f
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

5 E1 a* Q( \9 U9 c注意 Note：
4 J% {+ g2 n6 K3 ~. a3 ^另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆" z( v6 ?4 K! Q" V; F( n
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.5 m% f, A1 R. n. ]
0 D* q- d: X4 I" e上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。' F+ a1 Y: [# Z3 K; ~
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
