有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，
A friend once fell down suddenly in a BBQ party.

Later on, her husband called to tell these friends,

原因是她在烤肉聚餐的時候中風。

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
* ?; v- H6 v( f# h* q2 g/ {Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
& V, Q' `% G" s* T% R3 A   
- F9 G; j( {; ~) U1 L  a不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
1 s2 }* U, e* g! v# b8 J% G, y身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
7 h; N; o& y9 ?" ^, zIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
+ }# A9 D2 h$ }: d   
中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
) u; A2 Y0 |1 r9 s/ J% F5 B3 I- C1 |' [醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
* D& \' h: L5 S- MA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
) H3 `. ^1 w& C) f# \   
+ v) E; E9 X1 D. Y1 s6 U" Q9 @就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
1 E; N+ F2 h6 d+ h- }* M1 K0 I/ bAsk the patient to smile
   
3 R" U' {7 [( H3 u8 }# R' S, _T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
! O, t) C  g4 T% G, k, x7 a6 k, e，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
# T; \0 Z2 |, l+ K) Y, Y4 P) F# W  [   
$ M/ c% O; ~! F4 U* p) @R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
' @0 Z* G2 m5 @9 v, @( Z' j4 u6 y' LAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
