有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

1 |& N/ _# s7 O& Q. s有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
  m& V( J- b: Y5 O2 G6 \) {: Z0 TSometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
1 b! L9 Y! m' A不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
% D! v; H1 J- l! z" j2 K( w9 l3 ZYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
# p9 E$ @% u! i* b) r身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
& V/ g% ?' B! ^7 E# l; q2 w# F9 OIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
0 O5 u7 S- N" }: ^/ m* c, ^1 {2 `The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
# P! E0 c9 w) \. v! {8 GA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
   
$ U/ D! ~) Z/ G' v& D8 x7 h就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
Ask the patient to smile
   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
6 t" f! u5 Z) e" _7 c' ^4 B$ {; I# CRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
2 ^! B: c# H+ t) H7 t( ^   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
. @- |' R$ \  G* x# t) o/ u+ DAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
2 ]% u$ p/ o% ^- }One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
5 |  \3 [1 p; b4 x( [- x7 e" R/ i5 u   
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
8 z5 C9 |0 ^% p% ~& b$ q6 EAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
