有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
* [8 `5 G0 r$ B- U6 NRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
0 V; v! g. f- f' Z- A9 y- l$ `，e..g. The weather is sunny today.5 b' J0 ?9 F8 V% a
) r8 v9 e+ c5 d5 Y4 ~: l' gR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手1 @9 k7 A9 v2 v( q; K# d. ]- W2 z
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time1 Q& ^ Y0 {$ l" Y, E0 h
0 D8 k! }& n4 H: f注意 Note：1 g6 C8 L% \+ E' _
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
9 O7 i0 x/ W* _: B! kOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

1 Z- P" e7 O5 b2 _+ f' w上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。4 }0 d; X- O1 [" v" I5 i5 _! j2 K
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

心臟科醫師說，
