Ask the patient to smile

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。% m+ U9 R9 B9 H, C/ }
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)# W# F; H# T3 @' J: }
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.4 t! N2 b8 p" G! r' e; m$ y; ^
# `8 i, [- [" f$ i. t ZR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手1 Q) Q3 b/ v! g3 H8 J( R
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time L* K; c0 h' Q Y: M' L- g& I
2 X7 }8 k. v: R. x# h注意 Note：. G" f' n9 }2 `4 @9 w: B
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆. F w, E9 c4 e
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
+ X1 S- I- x1 F- n! f, y! F 3 X! x1 u+ ~0 @! l+ P
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。+ b& r& ^& {1 _+ @$ E: [
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!/ O* U! c, ^" V: s6 b/ L0 g
3 V& D4 t! I8 I* m& D. i+ V# q心臟科醫師說，
