T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
* F) d& k' T; p# d, h2 o1 C+ zRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
" h3 x# T4 R. B9 l$ `，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

" a9 k/ D- ^' q9 q8 {7 yR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
6 |1 A" Z; A8 W' @Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time' D' N/ ?7 P _4 O

5 F2 [6 \+ R, n) Q5 p' _( }4 _另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
6 i# W$ ^' ]8 V& B% O9 ~* b) |One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.1 v" x' I* N- P4 Z4 M7 K" i
# g# [9 @4 g/ ^9 r* d8 H' S$ B上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。/ c7 t" w! `" T. e3 k4 f
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!/ w& ~1 {- p+ U o3 }+ N! g' d
