有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,

不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。

身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
4 u/ Z) `/ v0 hIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
   
8 n1 N% q6 _* x中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
% `4 {5 C6 v- x! W2 O+ qThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.

3 B( `5 `; T; x: n! E( ?醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
4 }6 X2 s4 V  ~, l1 n, b2 ]' _' LA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

Ask the patient to smile
   
6 ^. v3 @% N; Y2 ~T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
+ g3 I5 F) y2 k6 GRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
6 `) s2 w' y' W. |# a，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
  e1 v" C; T5 n4 q: ^   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
  @) R) S% r' o' u* \Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
# @) J: r* h+ Z+ _   
$ I1 V. j$ o0 \1 C8 ]" W注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

+ K% G) E! x4 J' p8 T( T前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
