Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,

不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
Yet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
; g/ ~3 O. j5 K5 ]0 O! I身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
) {& o6 n( e$ A$ BIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
4 G( p5 F3 E" z7 d; s! E( }' x   
) T* e7 K  P/ ~$ U1 `+ q5 F* i中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
! T( R2 ]! \+ g* t" aA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
+ ]7 B7 X; t( G% ]   
+ p, q# T  D5 k, e* q; S就可以辨識中風：
/ q9 }3 R: _; C% O% ~$ ^. k' q! vIt is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
) u' H1 }0 ^9 ?& V) I$ }S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
& ^% \4 r0 H2 v9 C+ g6 ?Ask the patient to smile
   
! S3 T) C( `7 G- P/ @$ ^$ \# IT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
- _+ F# h, ?+ a+ _" y; ?，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
" v: u) s0 J1 J- R* @1 s  rR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
/ B. S* c5 D9 y0 r2 u, F: ~0 ~8 TAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time

) N! K$ B, I. I% g* t' `9 h注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
  S) b2 N/ ]3 _) sOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
! A3 r  p& T7 N* yAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
