有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

People around suggested her go to the  hospital,

But she reassured that nothing's wrong with herself, except having fallen down due stepping on a piece of brick in a pair of new shoes.

While she was still shivering, not standing firm,
   
朋友們幫她清洗乾淨，又為她盛了一盤食物，

8 U4 S+ }7 z* v5 c4 N% ~8 xT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
8 s. B3 S" {* c1 BAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
2 Q6 a# p! W0 c8 b! @1 {; u7 ^' O* f4 L( |, v   
4 r5 p# I4 l6 Q) L  _7 `2 U6 }注意 Note：
% \9 x7 R) n) G8 ^6 V另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
/ ]+ q) L* a! B4 c, s7 l+ Q2 O; oOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
# D' y9 {& s1 A6 T  aAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
   
心臟科醫師說，

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
