T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。) O" q3 r" O! F7 v7 D
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
4 _3 C9 G7 e5 Q' P6 ] c: E，e..g. The weather is sunny today.8 L+ n: B) L5 D. A4 `5 q2 I

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手( {6 Q# o1 _$ u C/ ?/ n5 M4 m
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time; Z0 C1 l7 v' o% u! R
7 d/ b5 ?6 v) X+ U& q1 g
注意 Note：
( `; e: l% u- n+ c另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
! T7 D& g! ]+ R# u* ?2 w) qOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.+ g$ W" Z" H1 g8 D+ `& u" Y$ ?
+ D3 n- X/ g3 C1 K) ?0 x上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。. ?' S4 M; S; M# D
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
