T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
2 J) Z. g5 f2 e8 p. K8 z! Z8 s9 XAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time' X4 E/ S$ _. n1 N; X# ?# \- F$ w
j4 O$ s1 M! T6 ^+ d' g) ~注意 Note：
2 o9 Y1 t" `# G另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
# i# E; v& A& |6 sOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.) n. F S2 a3 ~

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。" G. _7 W- O ?5 x
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
