Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

9 Z- O! F5 g0 _: f" [+ r% |! J- KR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
/ r' i1 X, j7 V1 eAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time7 V; V; }# v) C5 w
9 i7 m, m f1 }6 L$ P3 [注意 Note：
% K5 I6 R- f, i y: L* D另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
( G2 z: B) r3 Z1 f) F( cOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
! X5 {: D# M. j* T: D0 IAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!# f% F- U/ H' g2 E X' B

心臟科醫師說，
