有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

朋友們幫她清洗乾淨，又為她盛了一盤食物，

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。3 S# x( d+ h" Q+ f1 P( j
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
/ Z( g# u' T3 e) e& e; F$ g，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手4 s0 X* w$ A! B
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time" G8 c2 Q3 i, X9 `" {

: f* V; \! A2 d1 ], r5 l0 z* c+ I另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆7 s" I1 N) v1 P& l+ d8 E8 U# G: M( l
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.1 l: s5 j6 f9 H$ a$ I4 O; w
; z0 }- s) M: y; _6 K9 ^9 e上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
x, w/ j' Q" z6 Q$ OAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
