S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
Ask the patient to smile
   
* G* ?1 ~: ?4 B# bT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
# z& D% D+ A1 J- w- ]4 v* ?Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
6 F4 F: _: o3 @+ n9 fR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
  P" K1 x; B! b3 G; r" v$ G4 ]注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
/ y: z) ~2 c& z2 hOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
  u/ G, r# S$ \& O; _) V3 X# x% i   
: E/ W* V0 K4 {3 \. c  S上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
; j: z, Q" L$ E  s+ TAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

9 J. y; M( ^4 x  L/ l8 y前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
