T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
/ A) P3 G3 n0 j# s: ^Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
, O( h v' M4 w: t9 S: ]$ y，e..g. The weather is sunny today.' E" r/ h$ z7 @9 R& s0 A+ Q

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手5 Q, }9 G( A$ l ], i' A
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time- N/ L+ J- ~9 @7 D& \5 C
, L% u- h, E6 ~1 I# w+ r注意 Note：* r/ s# l7 P8 X& S8 Q2 }" W( T
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆5 s5 a( ?1 e6 g0 o7 _% e
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
# @* v. l: n# e# H & r) U6 \8 X& Z3 F. @* o
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Y0 Y! S: w' o$ fAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!0 o' v8 u" v. j) T( h7 S
