就可以辨識中風：

Ask the patient to smile

" Z: d0 s# l2 d, B1 {9 H5 ZT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
: U. S+ b( T' h) G: nRequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
7 c3 ~$ x3 ^8 `/ U，e..g. The weather is sunny today.+ t( P2 ]9 ~' E) x% Z8 }
( u0 C7 `5 r, M' {1 g c' K2 ?
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
( `; l+ [! y' E. ?9 ]Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time2 ~( H7 a! U* L* j0 O: n! A
: v; J. e; V& a5 S2 ]2 x注意 Note：* a' l4 O" s$ W
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
2 r# U- e& r1 H9 d* \$ R4 Q" h+ G) XOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

: l* d9 ^+ g$ a- ?" G [0 k h上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。5 n' O) {8 j. ?. |
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!% }$ B9 k J& a% o! o
, b+ V6 C8 a5 q7 t心臟科醫師說，. o* j. z2 H6 i$ X+ y& X
A cardiac surgeon says :
