身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，

中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。

$ Q4 d9 i: M1 b' vAsk the patient to smile

( \* n  Z8 |7 q8 K- Z( A" mT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
, s  W3 n9 l+ K- b9 @  q& M  O+ _8 Q   
) H) ^  K( J8 F! c6 U& YR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
  c* Y& B- l+ q, ]Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
4 v! j4 C+ m) ]; }, E. D  N   
注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
$ k! |! z! d7 C- r' l. TOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.

& Q! S& W) ?& y2 I% E上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
, P9 c: R7 Y0 I! H6 O* {Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
