身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，

Ask the patient to smile

& k+ c& a8 N/ T% Z ^! q5 lT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
1 j7 p1 V+ y$ q" T/ T0 ?! ORequest the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
3 `& @/ c) k+ j/ s- X; L P& c4 k，e..g. The weather is sunny today.2 z- w9 r) Y k5 ]
6 f8 i* W% K t7 i3 o' [& R. `8 G: AR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手. s+ J: |# B1 h$ E9 }0 F2 a
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
/ h( r) |, y* p# n) G4 E
2 H8 b' j0 a C8 k0 g9 N注意 Note： T/ V' {% Q9 W! q% @
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
/ G1 q8 C5 Z; H/ e7 a: jOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.- X( a$ A& V' B, [5 v' z4 }
, ~$ m3 `8 O+ q8 N0 Z H* {. @2 N
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
" c5 u7 o9 A* B3 ZAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!* J- C& }; s V( J8 }
