& j9 L( c) g6 X _/ s4 b+ _' V9 l* }T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。' S# E D( {9 `8 q; y/ c. Z" @. C
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)& m* ^* I+ Y* C9 {
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.9 p( R3 W- v. m' j
; L! ~ f" y* _R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
8 b. z1 G- s. n# q* X2 \Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time4 r) S$ J9 A$ P" w& b8 W

另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆1 d8 P* A$ M1 I+ E# m9 D
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.- {) @/ c- T7 Z# b! g" o! I
" K7 f; s4 j- m9 a3 @& z
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
( R5 v/ I3 k' \5 V& g* z1 J# gAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!; j4 G! D3 {' {. S/ {3 Y. a9 V2 @
