Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

& w4 t7 x7 R' TR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
; ]8 h9 x* l5 b- uAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time, a! a! b, ~0 I k% f6 s
( ]' q7 v; z& ?0 y" N( a9 ~. H- O
注意 Note：
" T0 A* q( v2 r; f另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
# _/ ^* B& ^# H% h+ X6 `* ^" Q. EOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.+ P) P1 p6 c" N+ ^
/ d3 E7 K3 s3 l6 b9 N上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
. O4 K. h6 A, S5 p' f ]8 n( i DAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
