有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
1 G" K' T. q% g$ w5 _8 pSometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
" B1 u: \( g5 c1 o* r8 PYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.
   
身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
# o% n# b3 |! ]9 O6 E) SIf people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,

中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
The stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
8 |* _3 s" ?+ Z6 p/ `& v醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
* t) o$ Z) f; X9 V8 S+ RA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,

It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
# Y0 H7 Y; b7 f* p/ ]6 p- `Ask the patient to smile

: X3 m0 B* `' P+ h9 g9 UT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

5 J1 Z* C. \3 |7 A8 W# w! S8 O- [R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
3 Q  w1 h9 l/ v. m! W, \& {/ |  v# S/ l% a注意 Note：
  g  f( S$ z% b+ I+ i2 r另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
8 J6 R- M" f" U* Y' oOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
1 M4 i) T6 t! A# Y. N. z$ {9 N上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
5 ?! {# I$ K0 d/ G8 F; {Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
   
% V( V# J! W  v/ B! C9 C2 t心臟科醫師說，
A cardiac surgeon says :

! b7 K" K- ]9 ]9 ]前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
