Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手 u" M6 Z4 a5 h( X1 v6 F& w
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time4 {0 u+ G7 \: h" v! y
" C5 v7 e/ k# _3 p7 O& `注意 Note：
6 N1 e5 N. W$ C% y# M, `- ~$ s另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆: i- T; G9 h- [
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
# f3 ]& y9 F6 i: ~ . X& a# K7 a7 K: C
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。3 p. L5 |& \( R J' l% X$ W+ z
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!3 H4 r* a: f1 Z- j" ]0 j- g
