6 O% q/ v! I, B4 ]T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。4 h+ ~* E8 W4 e3 t3 [, ?, t4 j; ^
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)/ K1 W( w, Z; f
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.* H& w1 {8 ~6 i, P7 e
( _, }$ P% C/ mR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
. K) e; f6 ~5 C- n" M1 {% nAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
) P n7 c) Z( H. S A ) ^0 w* G4 T9 M! S& l# b
注意 Note：
3 j9 i; m$ ], m2 V+ Y* I1 b另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆" S' \# o' Y0 q: a2 [% z
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.: N, Z% [, w+ k& }. x
3 N7 ?' C6 H0 k8 U5 V上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。. S- A q' N. F, _- ]
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
