S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
! T: v$ f2 {4 x( a. F* aAsk the patient to smile
   
4 Y# k/ M, h) B. W1 iT ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
0 \2 T; _# W1 ?8 H, a，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
* m/ a- `& h# ]1 Z' _8 [R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
   
0 u  X# U8 }" r" s2 Y注意 Note：
( P9 x  `, X7 `9 w* c+ L- U  {另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
5 }6 d  W, z' H$ J! ROne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
   
$ g3 r. j9 X- T上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
+ ?1 |6 H' o0 v3 dAbove are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
