R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手6 o1 k8 ~+ i; [0 E6 e5 Z% v
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

注意 Note：
5 H2 ?/ M( V6 t- g. D& J另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
# {) Z; G- X" r5 SOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.& V+ i4 j: y3 A( M7 Y
4 _: x- h {$ \+ L1 M上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
! [2 o6 v) g0 x9 lAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
5 c) z6 w7 J4 l# y. k $ Q( L9 C* V4 h: V7 z' F" ]' V }. l
心臟科醫師說，
