有時候中風的癥兆很難辨認，
Sometimes it's not easy to identify a stroke,
   
* W2 O8 `$ e6 ]# h4 t不幸的是，缺乏警覺就會帶來災難。
, m# t$ z* X$ l0 U/ H/ O6 S. A. bYet unfortunately, it will bring disaster without proper alert.

身邊的人辨認不出中風的徵兆，
If people around a stroke patient are not able to tell a stroke,
) ^1 p# [# `# d   
- h2 `5 }! f- x! m2 A1 Y2 `中風患者就會嚴重腦傷。
' m9 I( ]- j' P* s& TThe stroke patient will suffer from serious brain injury.
   
醫生說，旁人只要問三個簡單的問題，
1 j0 A0 I/ f. u# nA doctor says, if surrounding people can just ask 3 simple questions,
   
1 o0 S) c! \$ A& f' d就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
   
: M, D$ ^4 \$ p7 y9 t$ J7 h# A2 BS ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下
1 ?% R/ r( J; v5 Q$ r8 I8 w: NAsk the patient to smile
  T8 i1 M9 R) x* B" j8 n' J   
T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
% G/ y% t* _3 V$ v8 G( r，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
   
R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time
7 W4 P# A$ i3 o6 \' h: m, d   
2 L- n1 I/ {  p4 Y% v2 C7 R) f注意 Note：
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
: }, p- G9 \0 J4 E) n8 B& G6 D2 H  WOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
/ U4 x$ V' ^& D; ]/ M% M/ k" u   
5 |% U/ N: C# e, g) N% n5 J7 i6 ~上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
Above are 4 steps.  In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!

前些日子美国一个明星在魁北克学滑雪的时候，滑了一脚，肯定不严重，好象急救车来了被打发走了，因为不严重嘛，但是后来就不行了。
