T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。4 p, @* D& w! m, G3 s9 C
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)1 e/ O& g. ^9 T u1 m6 Z5 [
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.

$ R7 a, J7 D( s6 v1 e, `2 yR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手" K/ y, a1 n- T Q& d. f8 N2 l
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

0 e8 n3 ? L7 N6 ]* a/ z3 t' K+ ~# h另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
, v- a; E# X F! j- Z2 @) \+ Y, FOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
* N3 [8 H2 y: M9 Y& u( l# H k# z % o' P8 Z- |6 j6 r, S8 i, [
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。/ `. E$ i% H" q" M) o/ {, s, e
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!7 d' M7 |3 c) ~* m8 g
