T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。- Z' @) l2 ?9 L" D/ o6 _
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)
+ j8 f! H0 J7 X7 h, |/ H# @，e..g. The weather is sunny today.+ y6 Z4 ?5 F% z# V$ P+ C' g" ~

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手. Z! j1 R# p" R% V6 j2 J
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time) p+ |8 I- d& d& L% E
F$ H+ _" g5 D# m5 J' v. E$ ?) J注意 Note：
8 A5 g: Q: O, x; e& f另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆9 j. G( P6 g1 J. R* _
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.) J" \; u0 e) I& F" N
) R/ f8 z/ c6 g! `8 D' ~
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。# j7 q4 Q# e* ^. s3 H
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
