Housing Program Worker

) J, p2 U( \6 ]" Q& |& R4 hKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
; p, p) k! r) a To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
4 f8 ^4 v1 r7 t6 @1 l4 ^ To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
5 B( C: F7 f+ P, O6 m4 E7 u$ y To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

+ ]/ B' p; `$ E2 DQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
1 K2 G$ D5 o7 k6 H# ^ 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
7 Y* U# q- M/ [; v# F Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
1 B% q( b. K4 f0 t Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
