1 j' j2 I% w; U9 G& d" ?Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
# l1 x& Y  C$ V$ p0 ]* S8 \/ I5 k To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
5 l2 J9 u# Y# { To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
2 \3 Q0 @+ O9 m. B3 z4 O& x7 ~, z To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
8 X. E$ n& K  @2 }/ z8 X To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

: V+ X4 G! A! JQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
6 h- m3 \/ X/ k/ j. ?* a 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
6 q- K: [& v* O0 W7 m Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
1 p: L) p# v/ v6 K3 n9 w! n4 O Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
