Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)0 k& T, D* c- b4 S& K7 D- ?8 @. a
6 V2 _) {- l. ]: [" ?" v$ |. _A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.1 B2 D, J; @" \* a" g4 b3 q+ L
