预算在22万左右，不知可以买到什么样的？

西面我家附近有新建的TOWNHOUSE,广告牌上打的24万起，外表看很不错，双车库，带围栏的小院子，车库上
还有个小阳台通向厅里，交通也很方便，几步路就是119路车，一车可到西MALL,买中国菜或换乘其它车都很方便，小区的街对面有SAFE ON FOOD,有兴趣的朋友可去看看，位置在62AV/199ST,我每天上下班经过那，从没进去看过，对内部结构没发言权。

我也经常路过，觉得是个好区。守着AthonyHandy 高速真方便。

for townhouse, probably u have to increase ur budget a little more.

' c1 e- m, D0 O0 Y/ XThere are a lot of new townhouses near south terwilliger. the range is around 240K, you can take a look if you want.

I went there a couple of times, finally I gave it up because the ceiling is too low and a lot of other things you need to pay. finally I choose condo.

condo is a kind of life style, so town house could be a condo if the developer set the condo rules.For condos, the owners have to pay the condo fee to cover some expenses like lawn mowing, snow removal etc,etc. Different condos community may have different rules.
