关于工作时间的问题

由于经济原因，公司给的工作时间达不到之前合同签订的最低工作时间35H/周，
/ s; v# j& F# {. C( \) e3 I  B那在这种工作时间不足的情况下工作了一年，算不算Full time一年工作经验呢？

如果按照移民局official的规定，实际是37.5小时被认定为full time
这是移民局的官方文件中所述

my lawyer told me more then 30 hour per week will be considered full time.
and if you work less then that do not worry ,just tell them that is all your company could give to you.
