Position Overview        This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.
% R& P2 v* E& G, n* ]5 }Responsibilities        In this position, you will:
+ q, {' t7 F2 S* r/ X. O: w) d• Plan and design major road and highway projects;
. \; F6 i) u8 P• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
1 [% P/ g; [) _8 E, `% b9 U• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications.
2 a! s/ ~2 u5 A9 E1 L• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects;
1 K6 c( c, b' f# o• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
