BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING

This is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.
+ X+ k5 p9 g" b- n, ?" {, `' K# y0 Q' D
0 A- A1 X; J' G( l* Q$ p- FThese small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.  
     
Topics covered include:
) g# o! ~' T( b        Natural Birth Control Methods
   Barrier Methods
( O$ ^; C4 h5 w   Hormonal Methods
: Z+ g$ e, J0 W/ J/ }                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
                 Canada

        These service is free and no immigrant or refugee status is necessary.
