有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。 ) Y+ w& r6 w: q& O+ B$ w 1 f# v$ s/ Y+ }4 r8 p做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
