just flour and water, that's it. + C: F- M# w. V7 i% A5 Y" E1 U" x3 a4 R5 rMy parent in law made noodle at home. And as Edmonton is very dry, the noodle is easily dry up. It's very good' A# b2 j7 Y. Z) z* W$ H$ a0 X) Y% Q

有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。6 f' ?9 G, P- Y, }" n

做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
