My parent in law made noodle at home. And as Edmonton is very dry, the noodle is easily dry up. It's very good( {$ g' v5 O$ J. u. l

有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。5 O( W6 I i7 x; l, d" S
