1 |+ v9 G% I% Q- }We're seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic & reliable team player who, working under the direction of the Board of Directors, will oversee community programming & assist with the operation of the community centre.6 l k( X1 Y7 n
! l. w' @, h9 Y! K; R) \9 f- _: j
Responsibilities: oversee programming; facility requirements, advertising, registration and instructor contracts; assist with rentals: advertising, bookings, contracts, inspections and customer service; assist with the development and implementation of a marketing plan related to facility operation; direct staff and volunteers in regards to programs & facility operation.

9 s: P# D$ ~/ BPLUS: write reports/recommend policy around facility operation to the board; develop resources & resource material in the area of community programming & facility operation; plan/implement leisure needs assessment, trends research & public consultation, then recommend strategies to provide enhanced customer service. ; x& n' U5 ~% ?6 I V7 o; l \& L& e
% D. U/ t5 E3 n% r3 i4 sRequirements: A post-secondary diploma/degree is preferred. Experience in programming and administration is essential. You have proven analytical and problem solving skills. You must be innovative, creative/work well on your own. # u8 o2 j( j" d% ^/ [( W) r6 r# ?
* H) E [. d' d. q! z# ^) j: A, AIn addition: you have a strong customer service orientation, demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, collaborative/communication skills, and the ability to work positively-effectively in a team environment.
