刚收到apegga 的信件，告知要考98-CS-3 management Concepts for Engineers.不知有没有同学考过这种考试，请提供以下信息。多谢。

or take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

When did you submit your Application?

& K' Y, x$ B, q4 `0 vMine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
