Please check Apegga Website. they have a scope of the course:

( g& u9 v& v5 n  Y% p: ]- oor take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

' ]) o6 T; O" P- N& EMine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
