今天李华和Michael在对话里使用的两个常用语，一个是：to ditch，另一个是：to hit the spot。现在Michael 正在图书馆里做功课，李华来找他。

L: 中文里也有这个说法。肚子非常饿的时候去吃饭。吃饱了就感到心满意足。洗个热水澡真痛快，那该怎么说？
