Position Title: Network Support Analyst
) W' J! u+ w8 ^+ OJob Description/Duties: Maintains three Local Area Networks including the physical hardware, computer hardware architecture, customer information systems, network based software application programs; install application software, hardware and upgrades on ten network servers; installs and maintains office, computing desktop equipment/peripherals; troubleshoots problems users are having related to the network environment. Monitors servers including processor utilization, memory management and connection to WINS Server, DNS Server and Time Server.  
: z3 {( u- ^. g  T- a4 B9 J7 Q4 `  qQualifications: Computing Science diploma; supplemented by significant experience in a technology support group for a large corporate network managing Windows 2003 servers and client workstations. Strong communication (oral & written) skills.
