Are you sure this house have nothing that needed to be replaced and/or maintained? If you count in reno costs, it may end up as same price (or even higher than) as one in a good area. Too old an house in a not so good area, if I were you, I won't even consider to put an offer.
小区不是什么“高档”小区,但出入还算方便,附近购物比较便利。6 @; v3 N- l ?8 f$ H
房子虽然老点,但从照片看保养得不错,买二手房看保养比年份重要。 , @0 f' F3 V( Z- v7 w9 F; S' ~" M面积小了点,但是地库完成,如果可以分租会带来800左右月收入。 4 P' k* d! ^* E7 b. S1 r; d5 l最重要一点是土地的面积非常大,潜在价值比较高,如果考虑扩建,可以把房子的面积增加一倍。7 v3 C @ h0 w# I
价格偏高但总的来说还可以,合理价位应该在30w左右,但是现在天气暖和,市场也有所复苏,决定权还是在你自己。
