A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet and provide assistance to incoming visitors
4 T6 @, r: i* k, J, D! `• Answer multi line telephone system
) ~! i& z* _( ]4 W' B• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
9 G( G- g% {( o( S. s) s• Arrange courier services for all departments
. R4 G E* g$ |+ W1 c1 [& y# x• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers) H [% X' I# K

• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
% w8 E T6 Y& L/ U j' ~• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency ! s# v& M: u6 E* e
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration
N4 y {/ C) i• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers
' ?9 A) ^. l* s' ~• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution) ^9 O9 R: j# k( o9 m
• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments $ T' z6 a- F0 r3 V
• Assemble and forward information packets as requested3 {1 c m1 `- E# W+ k

/ T2 U; S( {4 L4 O/ u• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training4 i2 {+ c' g7 B0 _$ ^

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required/ c2 P; e2 s k" M |

) t' y/ U: @, d) z" a3 r2 c6 n• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures& {6 M: e, i6 G V- ?! G
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.) R* r/ I* @7 D! j
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
