• Greet and provide assistance to incoming visitors- K7 w5 o5 ]2 L
• Answer multi line telephone system1 `, A+ b: w. r5 ^+ c) ~
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries4 N+ j* Y1 q7 Y! ^2 x
• Arrange courier services for all departments D- ^: U- X6 ^( s! t
• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail; p4 b% }' ]9 z7 Q1 l
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
# G4 M# }* H# ~, }" K- p+ V• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency " a' D6 |+ c/ ^$ H3 z
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration. ^ f8 h; v8 x/ O! X# E1 G
• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments

• Process payments for ticket orders and registrations

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures' U7 c1 T) R! l( V
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* D9 m+ m2 O4 t3 K
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
