PMI：美多数大城市房价跌势将持续到2011年

新浪财经讯 北京时间7月7日晚间消息，据国外媒体报道，抵押贷款保险商PMI集团(PMI Group Inc。)周二公布报告称，美国一半以上大型城市住房价格的下跌趋势可能将一直延续到2011年第一季度，原因是失业率和住房抵押品使用权丧失率正在上升。

+ N  ]  \- L( a- G$ u$ ?　　PMI集团今天在报告中称，在美国50个最大的城市地区中，有30个地区的住房价格至少有75%的可能性在2011年3月31日以前继续下跌，这种跌势可能从加利福尼亚、佛罗里达、内华达和亚利桑那等州蔓延到“全国的所有地区”。
