DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling/placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. Individualized one-on-one and group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

+ C+ M7 V I: J$ R0 _2 K4 AThe Job - Labour Force Solutions is seeking a Job Recruitment/Retention Specialist to support North Edmonton area residents by matching job seekers with potential employers. The ideal candidate will have post secondary education in career development, HR Management, marketing and/or social work.

The ideal candidate must also be a self-starter. Current knowledge in Labour Market trends combined with 2-4 successful years of job placement & retention experience working with diverse populations with barriers to employment; provision of criminal record check.
