请教：Floor plans for walkout basement

准备建这种结构的房子，但是builder那里没有相关的showhome,只有2个可供选择的floor plan。真不知道这要是按照这种plan建成了会咋样？请问哪位给提供一些关于walkout basement 的房屋结构的信息，不胜感激！

If the backyard is small or back onto a road, there is no point to go for a walkout. A walkout basement should come w/ a large backyard which opens into a great view, for example, a lake at the back. This is what a walkout should be built for. Developers nowadays are selling small walkout lots to those who blindly run after the word "Walkout basement" Better not to choose one that you would find yourself walking out and right against a fence.
