5 ?5 e( C6 c8 ^! gskills needed for success in the Alberta workplace. This 5-month funded. _! j" \6 `. [1 E/ Y; Z u
program combines classroom-based training with work site visits and work1 y6 ~6 w4 B+ C0 D! [: R+ \
experience placements in high-demand semi-skilled occupations, such as
2 B. \7 {! k5 }, f4 Z! Y+ wwarehousing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, food

Candidates for this funded program must be landed immigrants, Canadian3 c, H: K/ r b( Q+ p6 @: O
citizens or refugees who are eligible to work in Canada and who have:
$ x" }9 ^' k4 m" M5 F& y* English communication skills in the 4 - 6 range on CLB% ]5 [* i' ?/ \; Z
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills and some secondary or post-
& F8 @1 a3 N! wsecondary education

* Availability to study fulltime for 5 months and then be employed
