want to rent apt from downtown

we (me and my husband) want to rent apt from downtown the dated is 1st SEP 2009 is it anybody can help me please?

我现在就住在DOWNTOWN的公寓里，现在应该很方便就能租到这种公寓。我住的公寓是一室一厅，1800每月，管理一般，房子也很旧的。如果你有需要，在这里留言，我把电话贴上来。

现在downtown的apartment的确便宜了很多，但是一定要找到干净管理好的房子。downtown大多数的房子都有bedbug，还有一些房子有些别的问题，租房子以前一定要问清楚，最好能找到租这个房子的人来问问，如果你已经找到合适的，可以给我发个短消息，我帮你查查看看那个房子有没有什么问题。

last couple years ago i live in thickwood 1 bed room the price is $1300 but now i guess the price was going down if the apt have a bedbug i cant live cause i have a new born baby soon

我们住的这个apartment 还有一房一厅出租，不过价钱不低，大概1900-2000
& w& A: i  u, O; D6 m非常干净，全木地板，刚装修不久，也许我们会有新邻居了。
