We are seeking an organized self starter to support plant and field maintenance for assigned production equipment. Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.


3 q! i( u2 F" `' j/ `1 R' @Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;
! X: k% B0 b, Q7 H• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;
• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;
• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;
• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;
• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;
: j$ Z- N" i0 ?• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
7 o$ N% T$ b1 H" W6 W• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;
" {% T& s& _8 d: s* d6 ^• Ensure strong commitment to safety and environment on all work performed;
( ~9 i5 o! @! A8 ]' [5 r• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;
, M. ^5 v+ [! N* }7 Q• Assist with Contractor management and supervision as required.

" q0 o9 x2 H$ t# I0 D! X' W• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas electrical maintenance experience;
• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;
• Dedicated team player;
) J; T/ v) n0 C9 @3 d3 z• Strong problem solving skills;
4 i" W- |, R1 o  ?* F8 }• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
• Good PC knowledge.

' e  K$ G3 Z* \我在国内的工厂里做了十几年的电气工程师，在大学读的是电机专业。（哈尔滨电工学院电机专业，79届）。2006年8月份考了个电工证。在多伦多的一家工厂做了一年半的设备维护工作。去年8月至今，在Edmonton西边的一家工厂做电工。
