) {0 n, h0 c% H5 ?$ L9 F) G• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

  `! R+ p4 H* Q8 p0 Gdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
- f! t8 l7 A# k# m& ?2 L" T• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
+ e) K# B7 ]2 Q• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
# ?  r2 ]1 W+ g5 j+ a• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
* M2 x) t- o2 F; b• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
' h( l# i8 k/ F8 K3 Z7 x* F/ W• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
( `7 t. k/ B+ v/ W& \6 d2 }. d* }• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
$ z4 k  X' i0 h9 }0 h& H5 x4 u• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
# I: ^" y/ q/ o2 U• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
' h- m5 J0 l9 i4 {2 R0 ?: w  f• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
. x& ^' e6 i9 L  B! m; ?• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
  K& a! C+ Q1 B. i5 V' Xresolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
1 _; l8 |- a' Q3 m• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
$ n" [: i- D  I0 d! G* z4 T• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

" L7 y1 p. `- Z4 B! q• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
- _8 N  u7 v, _4 ?3 n- f8 l• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

' b- R: ^2 e& }Education / Experience
8 ]# W0 v5 I- x: I- c* q• Grade 12 / GED.
! g9 n/ u7 z* ]/ _• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
( f! r" i# T* p% R- V) h• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
- a; }9 A. r2 G- S. `) P• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
" ?4 A" D  D' H; W• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
