• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
& h( A4 v; }7 X4 d) z( c+ Y• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. ( x5 D5 |" Z5 M" h( _# ]" m9 j; w6 R
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. & i/ E1 Q, U# x) H
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. % F* I) p( J) Z4 N/ e; Z- Q4 d
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
/ ?% Y3 K% |: [' I0 W) I* u2 Q$ b• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
3 v5 z- m6 W" Q. E• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.

• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.

• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.& {' Y* V! F! \" F* ^8 V
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for3 L+ p3 x8 ]# ]: j$ N* v

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.1 V' B+ r( z% z# r1 B
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.; H5 R9 n' V% e! ^; F1 [
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
3 E. Z" w4 w' S; q• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.& T, W, D1 H- B" ?
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment ; q* p7 Y" ~+ h! H1 l9 u3 ?" M& g
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. 2 L+ u" b/ M. M" _& M; v( J5 x o
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.7 V/ z: H0 I% m0 |& g7 j
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members. e& @% M0 V/ V& l2 t* I# s( L: H
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
6 e' f4 j1 a. h4 M1 h• Grade 12 / GED.
- a$ i7 K/ W' E0 v* @• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. 1 J2 O3 @% `8 Y, l
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
7 y3 n# S* I: J% g; a+ ~• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
T/ ]7 f' n* K2 H! R! \! W( S0 g/ E• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
3 f6 J* k+ n" C- L% p• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required., o' z. X* V! }2 y d! p7 Y
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
