How Long will it be to get governmental support house?

We want to submit the application for government support community house. How long will it take for us to wait in line for this kind of house in Edmonton? Is it difficult to get it? Is it better to choose the place in northeast area than the central city areas? Please give us some suggestions! Thank you!

You can see the following link for all Home Ed properties, their rent is based on 30% of your monthly income. It only took my parent three months waiting time to get a town house.
