Job Duties / Responsibilities
-Familiarize with the assigned process units
. ^% e$ t4 w3 q-Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
-Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
5 s% X2 y( |1 h-Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
-Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
( U0 p) ]) L$ x( g& U' H-Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
# p" H% |; B  K6 ~/ K! _+ a-Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
