We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

6 V$ U+ E! F% cEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;

4 l% `/ Y( |" ^* k+ N        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
/ R5 x( ~2 g2 K5 T        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
