We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
; _$ ^0 u0 I  h4 N        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
: k) \2 z) U4 U3 m8 ~        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
' \; p+ {; }: r0 p1 U; d        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
4 ^4 R: K9 [$ w; `1 B: U: w        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
) T, V9 ^0 {) d1 a  x! ?        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
