We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
1 K" G6 s* G# X; ]: b% D4 X• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings ; S7 [$ u" g2 O
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
; B d3 A. I; J' ^1 i8 q- O6 ~& ]• Promoting TBL products and services # y/ X, x4 O+ m6 U1 f
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance . A! B5 X7 a% U
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables # z/ w) ] @4 {/ e1 d
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta & Y A! V5 j. R% M8 K; R* I
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry1 ~5 q1 }1 @2 D& M
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program * v. H, |# n: O, p+ [2 W: X1 `8 Y" }' c
• Arranging catering for various meetings

Education and Experience
