The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.+ Y, R. We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

Position Summary

3 [5 T) z7 z5 J" G( }• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
$ _: Q/ Q7 D8 o* z5 f6 B _* K• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
5 `" |) F" X* ]8 c• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach : h0 ], @8 \0 r& M8 ^2 I
• Promoting TBL products and services
. |0 M/ M3 y I% e$ n; P0 T( ~• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance

• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta + X& P' r8 }$ p( i
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry- q: J- W. x/ D. i5 T% w
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program ) D t1 L4 k- R+ W9 h
• Arranging catering for various meetings 6 _$ ~ ]6 a+ M1 o N
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office ) m5 K! A: c0 h- F8 j6 m
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times ; m! t& H3 c; W4 e0 f, |4 @/ L% F

Education and Experience

• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.7 J/ `; S% f9 j
