We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.; @6 Y! l5 l) b1 M5 x

Position Summary

9 I/ r2 v& `3 G0 H; H• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
+ j/ h3 m9 x: I U' c6 H: e: v• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
6 n4 n' u8 }& f" a, l: X& d! k• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach @( W( x6 a4 |1 A. N- b; S- {0 y
• Promoting TBL products and services * i/ P9 H5 e; X! z' f W6 \
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
' d4 j* a) A& U- J$ X& d& Y0 y• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
( Y9 g9 w" d4 X7 W6 g• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta " Y* p; S1 [ X* U# F* b* }
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry. A9 m6 B& L% A
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program 6 s0 I6 K; f" D
• Arranging catering for various meetings

• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
