( l1 m& m5 s  \$ rThis program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.

Start date: November 2, 2009 End date: March 31, 2010.
Programs run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

Entrance Criteria
You must be/have:
• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
+ `7 |+ E" F; x: I5 w; b. q; ^. p0 z• Unemployed or underemployed
• Minimum 18 years of age
8 i2 C1 J( E9 O: Y/ R• Good moral character
/ K* B0 e8 M: U1 n* n, _• Good health and physical condition
• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
5 ?2 h; c# P8 h2 c' w• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
• Eligible for financial assistance, or willing to pay tuition
• Citizenship documents: Permanent Resident Card or recent Canadian
