- N5 [1 O! f# _8 P1 PJob Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
. s  w( \/ x6 r6 x" l• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
3 T! }5 |& X1 r3 G, `• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
! }; B: g$ [# |. Z* ~1 P• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
1 ?+ h3 U7 B* _1 H( X2 Z- k• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
& ^  S! E' c0 n% i• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
: |1 I' q- n# K% M& c• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.


Education / Experience
0 m3 e! G  u* b# I' f• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
  S! h/ ]7 b# S2 o3 H• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
; ?! N( o( x! P. g; Y• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
