Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
. ^" s7 N3 G( y7 F• SAP match reporting and monthly management1 ^$ M6 t. P: X/ k1 S
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
& g+ _) K) j) w& }, G; b• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.7 V, D) s }4 H3 X+ M
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
9 }+ Q' X; b( X2 P• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.7 N H+ g+ f6 m
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.! q- L3 F# M# M1 N+ i& b
• Order business cards as required.& l6 @7 n/ A5 O0 j- o( k
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience
; s+ v; \$ [- L+ z• Grade 12 or equivalent
# r0 O/ R, f' C1 x% O8 v• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
4 ^; w! N1 L+ A" s( X6 P8 {+ S! m• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
$ v% }/ Z9 ~4 Z" \) U- B• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
4 Z" g4 X; m2 v$ x• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. % P! M9 e' z, b% f. x7 V5 M- V
• Attention to detail is required.
