• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
( u8 K h* s0 v( z• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

- p9 y; F) m: |* j$ @; C. B0 c• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
# ]2 R2 [" D, E A- i7 ]8 c• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
7 }6 a, {/ V! O0 P• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
% O4 l& W3 p/ F" j0 w* D• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Grade 12 or equivalent
* c5 ?0 q, }! c9 U. i5 e7 ^• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
, p7 t( }% Z9 g/ v% Z• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
8 V! K7 i& y& d. |7 u% Q• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
