• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
9 s3 V- t5 r! J; S6 `• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.+ O7 x6 n v2 V5 v
• SAP match reporting and monthly management5 o! e3 A5 |7 P
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.5 {! b& C O# K. T
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.* a, [; x" O4 R6 {* e; m
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
& j. @8 x) O+ [8 _ ?( N! D/ G• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

Education / Experience
. b4 y4 n! [# K9 N& O) a* r• Grade 12 or equivalent
: ~5 v' R0 b6 }# k- u3 U• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)* ^" J7 R6 j1 q* ]4 o/ D
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience y' Q {) ]- a0 Q9 @
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
$ M- Y% o% B& B• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
