• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.7 R f1 d; q9 J3 |6 Q: K& {3 e, w
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
* w9 I8 t1 I5 a% ^( n• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies. W! ?2 c0 f8 ]( ~- V2 h
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.0 R1 g; S3 s, d- a; r j0 s
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
' m* T7 I: x" W: Z• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator. Y2 B- ?7 N& x* y+ b% _
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)1 `8 k6 B# h8 y! E
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.7 D( {$ n/ V4 _6 u! X; s
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience' Y$ \! x/ I. ]" [# Q0 o- Z
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater7 b7 A- D/ S9 M
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
