• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.

• SAP match reporting and monthly management
* u$ S! t1 ^# [$ W5 w7 k• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
$ j/ e1 Z; s1 f: D• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
* s% T( B* y+ \8 I1 Y• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
