• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.; Y/ P7 ` P' h
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

: B9 F6 s: L) e/ g* u• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater4 A' T# m+ ^9 H+ y4 G9 w
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
