, m# F; E- ^( r4 [9 ?8 D1 zC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
( |* I) u) e% P3 M- }•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
1 ~4 @+ G; O9 i# {6 q$ ]•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
( J& S7 ?; k; O3 _# I( r•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
3 V0 O2 k6 m: R0 C% PMandatory Requirements:
( N: Y( x- D; q5 _& S•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
. z( d. u* j8 ~( u" ^6 Q•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
2 |$ ?/ ]2 K) ~" @•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
- D! ]* q# c  `  m' L•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
9 [) j% J' T) r: e& fDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
1 y) \2 V2 g! T" E•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
