C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
1 k9 R/ e% `+ T2 d. q6 Q( f•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
2 V* B: F: M& [& i5 p7 @•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
& Q0 n7 h  I7 u/ r7 i0 \1 y•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
7 T1 h0 U7 b6 H' G' o•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
8 V# a: V7 r* g9 t: `•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
4 t$ Q0 v5 a- J: [: G•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
( M8 s6 j0 S' X; A7 U•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

4 i, K! `2 L, I  c& X6 I7 a2 w•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
