C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
2 X: S& w+ b, a•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
8 P; G/ Y3 Q' X7 E# H, O+ S•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
, v# l6 w; i% P# r, P- W2 u•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
* P9 A9 t. u: I+ p0 q0 m•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
4 r+ k- s+ N3 L& t0 t5 t: P•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
" Q5 N' t- h- t•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
9 Z5 Y$ @" Y' z; s' F3 mMandatory Requirements:
  |) Y- K, P- T, r•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
# f" S. U0 i% B; D0 ]•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
& Z- x; v/ v/ o, \/ z5 x% o; d% ?•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

. W6 o. r2 I! C0 r$ H7 U•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
