C# Systems Analyst

) A+ K9 u' k. V  }: `C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
. g. A' \/ t( s! e& m; Y# j0 p•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
( I2 F! Z8 h. k) }& N8 G•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
8 M, [' C9 o8 A•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
9 a$ X5 w0 q& @) a; S•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
( X+ }  V1 [1 f! b0 ]7 n. f•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
) q0 x3 K" g( l8 S$ ^•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
2 h, s% C  q7 y  i* r8 G•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
9 r) o# S3 R: q•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
