C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
! D1 H" C7 h5 }: T, Z•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
, z! v4 F5 f% d•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
! U, }3 y0 C: Z8 f7 g•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
3 t7 x+ R: O3 K8 N; _•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
/ V* d$ v8 Z$ }1 T•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.

9 E2 _! q2 j+ _+ n6 ]! J•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
% o* \$ B4 h' f4 c3 G( ~( I! t3 z•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
8 X0 W! R7 e' D; {# q* V* ?5 ]•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
/ M8 Y$ H0 T, c4 F( ^5 g) r•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
