Job Duties / Responsibilities6 T# p j! j3 o: [# z. r( r! p
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) & o' @7 h* l0 O8 @ V! E6 L2 i3 I
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
{1 W- i# u8 E+ i/ ?0 I& @• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
! V( N+ l0 E8 x- T( \$ [9 Y' Q5 w/ D• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;4 {3 E' F1 G" r% c- }
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
* Q$ Y- O0 I% R. H• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
7 W( j% o" u' J9 p* D• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).: J* C# m) S5 ^0 w& [3 J0 ~% `

Education / Experience
* F- _: s1 V, ^5 [• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
3 a- `" P" N/ X/ C1 J+ |' f0 l• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; ( p `1 K8 S: `' H
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; $ O3 ]' l$ }7 X8 y+ |) F, ]
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
