院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享 \# a9 N! p( r) ]' }) y

2 b9 K+ t* T ^2 [; P4 M3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
* U( C) |% c$ x& V/ @$ X0 `3 s1 cup water 250 ml
! l. X! W( J3 H# w; H- Y! f. F2 }2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
# P. c# b7 Z/ u! O. ^. Y1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 0 ^0 f. M% R, }0 S
juice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
