院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享% k9 g2 K' A+ r/ S; O0 K5 J! \

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
: ~5 d- {( l E+ |- @1 cup water 250 ml
. }- o+ r0 E& |* g6 V3 P3 D2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 2 c4 A- C, V$ E! f! e6 ~* J
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
