院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 1 i. f; d, ~& O( h3 K
1 cup water 250 ml
+ X* M" H8 j$ l2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
* g: A" i% c( ~2 O; c4 Y1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
$ h. ~4 e R7 z0 njuice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.( b; w1 h- O: n+ L0 K6 N
