院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享( Z5 D0 c2 e# G8 w' P; x

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 8 t* g$ }0 {: R1 E
v9 l* ?$ O; M$ r) g- q
3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
) T W2 ?' K& U1 cup water 250 ml
3 P/ v$ b# d! B4 O" S' ^0 a2 ]2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml & F% q0 d+ z* g4 V) W
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
+ f' \- R) O3 L$ Ijuice of 1 lemon* 1

2 a7 h( A7 w, e: RPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

Serving Suggestion:
