院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享: j% E2 E1 ~/ c6 K; v

1 cup water 250 ml , ]- A, \% ?9 U- [
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
1 S0 D7 M- q6 f1 @" h% p9 e1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
% e1 P' d4 T/ k- @. k& ojuice of 1 lemon* 1 % I, P! z7 v) ]6 \( s, L
- i) [/ T% p0 E9 X. @. I [. ~Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
