院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
5 S* R5 ]0 O1 H1 y1 cup water 250 ml ( G( `8 |# g% O7 b( _1 o
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 6 |# G e9 G V
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
4 ?! M" n. K R i m- J* g( Sjuice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.# x# {* ]% T; y5 J" {
