院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享+ C9 ?9 N! ~5 B0 @

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
8 F/ U( o& Z3 F) o' I. |9 R1 cup water 250 ml ; M# Y+ j3 A% A) k& _* I
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ; `/ s! z: j5 V8 b' l8 U
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 8 W6 G9 s8 E1 B; F* @5 Y) Y; p
juice of 1 lemon* 1 # z& T6 | x3 r2 }6 y

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.* y5 b# q2 g+ P' t* W2 \, s

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
