  X  H; ]% K5 a; e1. No. 6 和 No. 11 都提到了fee payment.假如在No.6 提到的Fee payment form (IMM 5620)中选择了信用卡支付Processing Fee,那么No.11还需要提供吗?

2.要求的缴费方式是: certified check, bank draft or international money order.
