新学校2010年才正式开始招生，谁知道好不好。不过听说很多其他学校的老师正在申请去这个学校教书。

西区环境很好，但有一点可能要注意。
据说在很多年前，西区有些地块是湖泊和沼泽，其土质比较软，地下水水位可能比较高。因此此地区的建筑地基要求比较高，譬如，Landmark 在很多小区采用20几尺的深桩， 很多新建房也备有应急排水措施。在该区买独立房，该房地势和排水可能要加以重视。Condo 应该没有问题。

听realtor说过leviws的土比较软，parkland没有问题，不知对不对。其实现在建的房都是验收通过的房，所以也不用担心这些吧。

1> 绿化好， 公关用地比例高。
; _7 h$ G: V5 ?/ R- _9 X4 c* ]2> 西靠indian保护区， 都是森林，而且将来不大可能继续向西开发了.
- z; [1 K" o- h7 ]3> 有K-9 school in the area, will be open in 2010. a high school had approval and under development.
4> 有recreation center 在建(网球场， 游泳池...)，
& E6 \9 K8 |+ E5> 交通比较方便 (对有车的人来说).

缺点：
% Z9 ?7 ]' K2 x) A/ g1>公共交通不如南边和西南方便

3>到downtown 是东西走向， 开车时阳光对眼睛有影响

新学校就在HARDY POINT大门 的正对面，进HAMPTON沿着海明威路走开车2分钟就看到。
