The Position: provides assessment, service coordination, supportive counselling, advocacy, practical skill building and crisis intervention to adults who are living with a severe / persistent mental illness.
& K( J" R5 \+ [7 w# B2 g6 Y / i! A* P1 }/ l4 ]
Requirements: a post-secondary degree in a human services field; relevant experience working with a mental health population; supervisory experience; excellent writing/documentation skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; appropriate boundaries with clients; access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility in hours are required. 3 R% {1 F# B: k) v
