Banks require high profit and don't consider about social effect. This is why many banks of USA went bankruptcy.

Last year TD Bank had the highest profit among all Canadian banks, however, this year even CIBC is better than TD Bank. Employees of TD Bank feel upset and find a way to get return next year.
