车库朝西, 主卧在车库上, 有什么不好?

车库朝西, 1)要么主卧建在车库上,
2)要么两个小卧都建在车库上,
3)如果BONUS建在车库上, 就会有一个小卧窗朝邻居.
不知如何选, 大家喜欢什么样的?

白天在家庭厅活动，当然要景观好，卧室10点钟才进去，而且放下窗帘就睡，朝邻居何妨？

冬天的时候，车库上的那个房间没有办法住人。
如果你把暖气开足，解决了车库上房间的问题，呆在其他房间里会流鼻血。

如果你不每次找最次的建筑商不就得了。

要让车库上房间不冷很容易：
1）屋顶，地面都要和二楼其他房间齐平。
2）车库本身做好insulation，对车好，对二楼好。
3）喷气口可以微调，偏热的地方闭合一些，冷的地方多开一些。
保你没事。

楼主的问题，我建议选项2.

我的一个小卧室在车库上，因为是halfduplex，它有一道暖墙，所以比另一个小的间暖多了，因为那个有一道冷山墙。

我说几个不好吧，容易受汽车进出的影响。特别是一个人上班比较早，或者比较晚，另一个人还在睡觉。还有个问题是冬天热车，废气自己就进卧室了。再加上如果你邻居家有大卡车之内的，早上起动会突然把你吓醒。

Outside, if the garage door is open. Inside the garage, if it's closed. Unless your house is a total crap, there won't be any channel between the garage and the bedroom.

BTW, are you talking about detached garage? With an attached and insulated garage, I don't need to warm my car at all. It's not as warm as inside, but it's always above -10C. Which is OK for Edmonton.

Try it in cold weather, you will see the steam full of the garage. And I doubt there isn't any going up to the room on top of the garage.

Let me repeat, if it's attached, and if the house is properly built (do go with a junk builder), there isn't a need to warm up your car. Open the garage door, start, and go.

Not every house has isolated garage. It wasn't that worm this week in the morning in the garage. And I saw lots of cars idling in the attached garage in my neighborhood, so you think they are all built by junk builders?
