2 L0 _2 d! U) N; M6 ^0 h. g) m; v3)如果BONUS建在车库上, 就会有一个小卧窗朝邻居.

要让车库上房间不冷很容易：
1 R% v( B: G4 g% F+ M3 t  C( `1）屋顶，地面都要和二楼其他房间齐平。
2）车库本身做好insulation，对车好，对二楼好。
& p$ |- \1 C$ q* ~0 n. F1 c3）喷气口可以微调，偏热的地方闭合一些，冷的地方多开一些。

我的一个小卧室在车库上，因为是halfduplex，它有一道暖墙，所以比另一个小的间暖多了，因为那个有一道冷山墙。

我说几个不好吧，容易受汽车进出的影响。特别是一个人上班比较早，或者比较晚，另一个人还在睡觉。还有个问题是冬天热车，废气自己就进卧室了。再加上如果你邻居家有大卡车之内的，早上起动会突然把你吓醒。

Try it in cold weather, you will see the steam full of the garage. And I doubt there isn't any going up to the room on top of the garage.
